Stephanie Cullinane is an excellent medical professional but also a nice person who shows interest in her patients lives. Very thankful to have her and the rest of the staff at Aesthetic Dermatology taking care of my needs.
Very professional and thorough.
All the doctors at this practice are really smart helpful and nice.
His laser is more than 15 years old and did absolutely nothing for my skin. I should've known because after i numbed my face for it the wiring had a short and he needed to do it another day!! When asked for a discount he gave me $50 back. His fraxel is a Waste of money. I've done fraxel before and this time it was nothing for my skin.
I just left the Mill Valley office in complete disgust by how I was treated. Particularly by the front desk worker, Diane. Before she even started the COVID screening, she had a very rude tone and even began to shush me when I started to answer a question earlier than she had permitted. Coming to the dermatologist is a paid for service, shouldn't those that work at the front desk treat you kindly instead of rudely? While going through the medical screening I informed Diane that I can't taste, as it was one of the protocol questions. This is because I received a COVID diagnosis a month ago. Some individuals who tested positive in March still do not have their taste back. As a medical provider, I feel as though that information is crucial for all educated offices to be aware of. After telling her that, she began to be even more rude towards me. She went inside the office and came back and told me Stephanie Cullinane said I could not be seen due to my prior COVID diagnosis. I explained I have medical clearance, have returned to work and life as per usual, etc. and was still refused to be seen. I asked to show her my medical clearance, but she said there was no way I was going to be able to be seen. This made absolutely no sense to me. I understand your office is private, however CDC guidelines and infectious disease doctors at UCSF permit appointments to carry on as usual after receiving a diagnosis and your quarantine period is up (10 days after the onset of symptoms). Mind you, it's not like I got out of quarantine just yesterday. It has been weeks. Studies even suggest that I may be safer than other individuals after testing positive due to antibodies. Seconds after walking into the office I was treated like something was wrong with me and the interaction made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I do not think anyone who is taking it upon themselves to use your service should ever feel this way. I hope you can take it upon yourselves to do better and follow CDC guidelines, and never make individuals feel like something is wrong with them due to a diagnosis that is far in the past, and out of their control. Anyone is fair game in getting COVID, it is nothing to shame someone for.
Super friendly accommodating competent staff.Dr Layton is super. Whole experience good.
On time appointments Current technology. Use Alto for Rx home delivery. Dr Layton is personable and knowledgeable shares disease and treatment info easily. Assistant just the same. Easy to get to San Fran location.
Dr Binstock and his entire staff are professional and welcoming. I unfortunately have to go every three months for check ups due to skin cancer and then more appointments for the surgical procedures. I’ve been a pathogen his for over 20 years. Fortunately for me the staff is so great it makes my visits easy. I highly recommend Dr. Binstock.
If you think you may be succeptable to skin cancer you are eventually going to be referred to Dr. Layton or Dr. Binstock so why not see them from the beginning. Dr. Binstock did wonders removing my Skin cancer and left me looking normal instead of like Frankenstein. The office also does all the beauty services too.
Dr. Binstock is the best. His eye always finds the offending cell or whatever it is and then does the best in excising it and helping you understand the process. His staff is compassionate informative and helpful. Waiting time is minimum.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
