Jennifer Lee's Online Review Report Card

I went for a couple of times for a white spot on my skin. She took some skin out for bioassay but the wound grows out scar tissue in red color.  I asked for help again and the front desk told me to look for another dermatologist because they cannot help me.  This is very rude. I got the scar tissue from this clinic and now they told me that they cannot help me.

This office is well-run, has helpful staff, and the doctor is kind and experienced. I go in for check-ups periodically and feel confident I’m getting good care. Would highly recommend!

Do Not Go to this clinic ! The manager has very bad attitude, worst customers service we even experienced.

Dr. Lee is an excellent Dermatologist and a very professional doctor. She was so caring and patient during my visit with her. I highly recommend her service!

this office has the worst customer service i even know ! you somehow pay experts to write many good reviews and also get rid of bad reviews. its never about the insurance card! its about your attiude! i am sure you can help us by calling the insurance company, with the information on the back of the card. what you need to verify is the original id , not insurance cards! i was expecting you to explain to us nicely, not yelled at us. instead of spending money and time to get rid of bad reviews, why not say sorry and change your attitude?

i have witnessed how my daughter and wife being recklessly treated by your clinic's staffs this morning. truely one of the worst customer service in america ,a big shame on you! not only bad attitude, manipulated facts also. i called back, you keep hanging up the phone calls.reply to john m's comments :how do you know that i have never been in your office before? did i tell you my name?not only i have been there before, i also know few other people visited your office before and decided to go somewhere because your horrible attitude and service! they just don't speak good english, maybe i can volunteer to help them to translate their reviews ?

I'd had vitiligo on my neck for a few years that my first dermatologist told me was too late to treat. I was going give up when I heard good things about Dr. Lee from a friend who sees her. Still prepared to hear the same bad news, I was relieved to find Dr. Lee more optimistic. She agreed that vitiligo doesn’t always improve but thought treatment would be worth trying. She explained various treatment options and ultimately prescribed an ointment that I was able to use with some success. I am not all better by any means but can see the color starting to come back. That gives me hope.

Very nice service! They were all kind to me and even sat down to explain to my family and I what was going on, and the different approaches to get rid of the problem. The procedure was quick and painless. I felt very comfortable while I was there.Thank you Dr. Jennifer Lee and Ceci!Yass Ceci~~

Dr Lee was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and patience. Her staff was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
