i have been with Dr Ross since the 90's... she has been consistantly WONDERFUL!... concerned, caring, interactive and best of all she listens to and addresses all my concerns!!!... THX for all your efforts!

I really like this doctor but lately she has been lax, cancelling my physical and not calling to reschedule; not arranging medical forms for blood work prior to my physical even though her receptionist promised to have it ready. I've been off my thyroid meds trying to get into to see her and it's not going well. Her receptionist is incredibly ditzy- to the extent she seems drugged and its hard to communicate.

Dr. Ross does not commit to her appointments. I have had my appointments cancelled twice after setting it up 3 months in advance both times. Both times, they gave me half a day notice to tell you that your appointment has been cancelled. Very unreliable doctor and office, also, person who answers the phone is rude.

Dr. Ross has been keeping me alive for the past dozen years, and shes the best internist i ever had. Yes, its true that shes booked solid for weeks ahead, but what do you expect from the best doctor? If you need to see someone fast, theres another doctor in the office whos not as fully booked, and theres a nurse practitioner, both of whom are excellent.
