Dr. Bastiaens is amazing. I've seen four psychiatrists before him, all of whom were a nightmare, and had just about given up on finding a good one. Dr. Bastiaens is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him.

I couldn't disagree more with the above "complaint". Clearly there's more to what's been disclosed. I've been seeing Dr. Bastiaens for 2 years and have found him to be empathetic, patient, intuitive and knowledgeable - he's clearly an accomplished leader in the field of Psychiatry.

Doesn't listen, thinks he knows it all, accused me of being an addict, actually turns out I have mold illness which was causing the panic. Avoid this guy at all costs.
