These reviews must be from friend’s of the doctor herself because look her up on yelp and you’ll see all one star reviews.The front desk is embarrassingly unprofessional.I called to discuss a miscommunication for a surgery my grandmother was scheduled for and the lady at the front desk HUNG UP ON ME and proceeded to ignore my calls for the next hour because she knew it was me calling. I expect more professionalism from teenage girls, let alone middle aged women who work in the medical field.Save yourself the secondhand embarrassment of dealing with these people.

Utterly unprofessional front desk staff. Embarrassing, I expect more professional behavior from teenage girls.I called the office to discuss a miscommunication on their part which lead to my grandmothers necessary surgery being cancelled. I spoke to Marina at the front desk who told me my grandma hasnt had her bloodwork done or a follow up EKG. I told her she was incorrect, I took her earlier this week for both and her results were normal. Shouldnt a primary care physicians office be aware of their patients test results? Marina HUNG UP ON ME and forwarded my phone calls for the next hour until the office was closed and I reached the answering service...on a Friday afternoon...before a surgery scheduled for Monday morning.I learned better customer service skills at my first job at 16 years old at McDonalds.After spending hours calling between the surgeon, cardiologist, and Dr. Arzumanovas office to ensure her surgery happens as planned; the cardiologist and surgeon went around Dr. Arzumanova to approve the surgery.If I hadnt taken it upon myself to do Marinas job, my grandmother would be suffering until she could have her surgery rescheduled. This is all during a pandemic when having any medical procedure done is stressful enough. Id urge the doctor to reconsider her staff before they completely ruin her reputation, but judging by all the negative reviews on here it seems its too late.

Do not waste your time with this office! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with a doctors office. The reception woman, who I wish I could name, (shes blonde and you cant miss her attitude), is extremely rude and needs a lesson in manners/customer service ASAP. She doesnt say hi or how can I help you. Both times Ive come into their office I stood at their window and she didnt even look up at me. Um, Hello!?! She gave me attitude for presenting my digital ID card and said they cant accept it by email either. I kid you not! Hand written and paper files for everything. The result? Messed up/ missing claim information which equals a headache for the patient to sort out. Their office sent me a bill that clearly said incorrect patient info and she said she couldnt help me, didnt know what it was for and directed me to call their billing office. Incorrect or missing information is not the patients fault. This office is not interested in new or younger patients. They absolutely treat their regulars and people of a certain ethnicity extremely different than other patients. I have never felt so singled out in my life and I cant believe theyre still in business.The doctor herself was very nice and pleasant to talk to, however she is part of the problem by running this office old fashioned and allowing such rude customer service of her staff. My impression of the doctor is she has a preference to prescribe home remedies over medicine.

I was forced into an initial $80 in blood tests, then another $600 in ultrasounds, and then another $175 in radiologist fees. and nothing was wrong with me

Ordered a lot of tests to be done at Quest Diagnostics without reason (Im a 27 year old female, not ill) and did not tell me the cost. After getting it done, she called me with very minor concerns and asked me to take another test after taking some vitamins. A couple weeks later, I get a call from the billings department at Quest saying I owe $250, the total bill was $2k and insurance did not cover the last bit. At no point did anyone tell me the cost. This is only for the first test, glad I didnt go take the second one...

This is a very rude and unprofessional doctor. I used to go there with an elderly person and each time she was very rude, talks down to you and just wants to get over with. She doesnt care about the patient, gets very irritated when asked questions and even rolls her eyes! Much more, she orders expensive, unnecessary procedures. Expect to wait in her office at least 1 hour. Im not taking my client there anymore. No wonder she has 2 star reviews on Yelp. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor. Oh yeah, and the very few positive reviews that are written on here are most probably from her friends...I dont know who would give this doctor 45 stars....

Very poor office staff.  Doctor is good but staff is very incompetent.  They have mistaken me for another patient with a similar name at least 5 times by billing my insurance for visits I did not have and they also put my test results in that other patients file.  I called to renew a prescription and they never followed through.  I could not contact the doctor, they do not forward your messages to her.  My condition worsened.  When I called for my test results, they said my numbers were same as before, but when I finally saw the doctor, she said numbers had improved.  I will be writing Dr. Arzumanova to please destroy my file because I do not feel safe being on record there.

Dr. Arzumanova is not up to date on hospice and end of life care issues, and doesnt feel comfortable addressing pain in a terminal patient. She has shown no compassion for suffering elderly woman.

poorly run office with inability to answer any questions and speaking with broken English.Hard to get a hold of the doctor Arzumanova whatsoever.                                                    Doctor doesnt respond to your messages in  timely manner.But even if you will get trough you will be disappointed. Very uncaring to your problems,doesnt like to give referrals to a screening procedures or specialists. You will have to insist or beg for help.Doctor has pure bedside manners,get short with you, kind of snobby, talking down to you, doesnt give you much attention and dont really care about what you have to say!                                                                               But isnt this the most terrible thing when your Doctor who you actually  trust with your life does not listen to you at all,does not provide any assistance or professional help?It is wrong!. Why would you want to risk your life?So, stay away from this office, from this doctor and stay alive!
