Smart, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, consistent staff over many years, and really great office. Dr. Fields is brilliant.
Eek! Methinks not. After dealing with R&F for a few years now I've reached my "fed up" with them point. I've requested they cancel my prime membership. They refuse to take back any of the product that I have ordered. Strange, don't they guarantee their products for a lifetime? This should tell you something. Guess I'll throw them out. I won't use them on my skin any longer. Their products are too overpriced and the quality is, well not quality. I didn't notice any change in my skin as I have with other skin care products that I've used. I have now returned gladly to my other favorite skin care products. And finally, the packing is PLASTIC, not even glass, and unattractive. I don't know if you all prefer a bit more of an upscale look to a product if you are paying handsomely for it but I do. Again, a sign of low quality. I urge you to not use these crappy, overpriced and under designed products. And, don't fall for their auto re-order system. It's a joke. I stuck with them longer than I should have out of guilt because a friend sold me about it and is their rep. Sorry, no thank you, Brenda K Wallace.
She's great.

Kathy Fields is a terrific doctor. Unfortunately she does not accept insurance so visits are costly, however, she is the only dermatologist I'd ever let touch my face. When she wasn't available for my appointment, however, and I traveled over an hour to her office, I believe I should have been called instead of having to see someone who wasn't a doctor - especially for the cost of the treatment and visit. But overall, I would always recommend her as she is fabulous!
Dear Kathy,My brother in-law mentioned you this morning at breakfast and how will you done over the years. I just wanted to tell others how great a person you our and how hard you worked from a very young age - she was a genius at 10 - yet your brother might had a few points on you (hehe) You make us all proud that have know you and your family, and you set the bar high and cleared like a champion and with style. Giving the rest of the hopes and a dream that we can create them into reality with hard work and intelligent application. I purchased your products for my children over the years as I have vary bad skin problems in my teen year's - thanks again.Your dyslexic/ninja class mate. (We come a long way from Little Fort)Bill
Not about her necessarily, but the treatment I have received through the product she "pioneered". Absolutely the worst customer service I have received in my life AND the ProActiv treatment GAVE me acne . . . it definitely did not help my skin in any way, shape, or form. I started ProActiv on Feb. 8, 2011 and my acne worsened within 2 weeks. Being an optimist, I kept it up thinking it would change at any time and my skin would finally look magnificent . . . I now look like you could slap a set of braces and a bad perm on me and I would be a movie character from a 1980's high school flick that got ditched by her friend when said friend got a makeover. Anyway, I called to make my claim and was screamed at by 3 different personnel and told I was lying. I can't wait to tell people how badly this treatment has been and, more importantly, how horrendous the customer service was. It will take "5-8 weeks for a credit to be applied after the return of my product has been received" AND "it is recommended that I purchase a proof of receipt so I can tell them that they have definitely received my return product". My response . . . WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
