He has been my doctor for over 5 years. But now a days, he has got too busy. I dont think he can handle the patient load anymore. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. The person answering the phone is awful, and will put you on hold for 5 minutes, before the line getting disconnected. This happened to me thrice today. I needed to see the doc urgently. Finally the doc returned my call and all he said is please go to urgent care. I have no appointments today ! I think its time for me to find another doctor who is more accessible.
