Ashton and Gabby are amazing at the front desk this location is the best! I've been to the other locations but this one has all the people I love! and nurse Evelyn was amazing for my treatment. I keep coming back!

Emily is phenomenal nurse! She is always incredibly helpful and the team is very considerate and great to speak to. Amir is also wonderful at the front desk - answered all my questions around financing and any questions I have about points and different treatments! He always has a great attitude and I light up when I see him. I have been coming to this location since 2023 and it has become a treat to see them and get a great service! Highly highly recommend!

I went to the LaserAway San Francisco Union Square location today for an RF microneedling facial and had such a great experience. Everything felt organized, clean, and professional from the moment I walked in. Amir at the front desk greeted me right away and walked me through exactly what to expect during the visit. He explained the full flow, answered my questions, and helped me feel totally comfortable before starting. He applied the numbing cream and made sure I was set before the procedure. Emily performed the treatment and she was amazing. She explained what she was doing step by step while she worked, checked in with me often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. With the numbing cream, the sensation was very manageable. More like pressure with mild prickly moments, not painful. The photos make the numbing cream look a little chaotic, especially with facial hair, but everything was handled in a very sanitary, controlled way. After the treatment, they also applied soothing aftercare so my skin felt cared for before I left. I had some redness as expected, but overall I left feeling really good about it. I would absolutely recommend this location, and especially Amir & Emily), if you are considering RF microneedling.
