Save yourself from this place! Opened credit line without approval and used personal information!!! I recently visited this branch and had no issues with the front desk people in general- they were just too pushy which is fine for any salesperson. But I was made to fill out a ‘pre-qualification’ form for instalments and I did let them know I will be paying upfront anyway but again the pushy behaviour. Just a few days ago I see my credit report there was a new account open which I clearly didn’t recognise and panicked. Then I realised that it was them who had opened it and did a hard credit pull- which all again was not something I agreed for. The staff has been ignorant and I don’t know who to even reach out on the bank side since I have no clue what did they do with my personal information. SAVE YOURSELF! Horrible experience

Mateo helped me and his patience and the time you took to sign me up and truly understand all of my options and costs were something I haven't received from a business like this. He actually cared about my needs and offered me all the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me.
