Nightmare experience! Dr. Tolstunov performed an oral surgery on me. He did not communicate the risks to me prior to the surgery. During the surgery he made a life changing mistake (just because the surgery was getting longer than he wanted). Then, DURING THE SURGERY he asked me to sign a paper with acknowledgement of surgery's risks. With my mouth open, lights in my face, and under local anesthesia, he told me that I forgot to sign the doc. Now I'm impaired for life.
