Dr. Lo is our son’s hematologist. He has been suffering from ITP for the past year and a half (he is now 3.5 years old). She has been an absolutely wonderful doctor. She has helped us navigate this challenging disorder and explore safe, conservative treatment options. She is extremely responsive and is an excellent listener. I believe she sincerely cares about our opinions as parents, and she is looking out for my son’s best interest at all times. After we have a discussion, she reviews his chart and thinks about how to proceed prior to suggesting a final solution. I would highly recommend Dr. Lo and the Stanford Pediatric Hematology/Oncology team at John Muir Hospital, Walnut Creek.

My son was the patient and was so comfortable with Dr Lo and her staff during a very scary time for him and us. We were so impressed. We were 4 hours away from the office and they made it as easy as they could to accommodate us. It's been over a year since our last visit and I still have the highest of confidence in Dr Lo and her staff. I would give them the highest of recommendations. Our results were usually given to us the next day! They were so nice.
