One of the best doctors I ever met. She is treating me for over 10 years now and her care really helps me to overcome my pains. Dr. Robertson always looks for new treatments and trying to find the most optimal solution for me.

Dr. Robertson is the best. She doesn't waste time and her office runs smoothly.

Although Dr Robertson may seem "standoffish" or "cool" on first impression, that hides a caring physician. I have been under Dr. Robertson's care for >5yrs for my Chronic Migraine Syndrome, and couldn't be happier.

Dr. Robertson provides cutting edge medical care and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Here's what I appreciated: - She believed my symptoms and had empathy for me. - She did not pretend that she knew exactly what was going on or the right way forward. Here's what I didn't: - Her front desk was by far the rudest encounter I've had with a provider. The woman would snap at me both on the phone and in-person, but when the doctor was nearby, she was sugary sweet. I didn't ask much of her besides scheduling an appointment and asking for copies of records... When I asked to schedule an appointment ASAP (my referring doctor requested that I be seen within the next week because of a possible CSF leak), she said that "everybody thinks they need to be seen ASAP, you're not special." Even if you think that, you should never treat a patient who is scared that way! Also, I was not a simple migraine case. - She told me and my mom some horror stories of other young people who never had their neurological symptoms resolved because there was no clear diagnosis.

Have been going to Dr. Robertson for close to ten years for my chronic migraines. Although she appears a bit cool and reserve at first (a trait I've found amongst many neurologists, especially those involved in pain management, I have found underneath a warm and caring physician. Unlike others, I have never had anything but good interactions with her staff.

Dr.Robertson takes great care of her patients. She is smart and thoughtful. She keeps current on the latest treatment options and tells me about them in language I can understand. Dr Robertson recently added an infusion facility to her private practice, which is quite nice. The infusion nurse was skilled and upbeat. The windows open in the infusion room. I find the fresh air helps me to feel better. She has new office staff- He is kind and helpful

It seems like a small thing, but the fresh air really helps me to feel better. Her office assistant is great. He is always willing to help when I call.

She is a great neurologist.

Extremely unprofessional and the staff/receptionist is rude an in competent. They are unable or unwilling to process even the simplest of requests re: your insurance, getting your medication correct, getting prescriptions refilled. The doctor is on holiday half the time so rarely available. Stay far away--this is your health we're talking about!!!
