Mark Reisman's Online Review Report Card

Really great experience allaround. I had a couple of unfortunate acne cysts that werent going away. Had a key event I needed to look decent for in just a few days and needed the cysts to be resolved asap. I had cortisone shots done to a couple of persistent acne cysts a few years ago which was a huge help and wanted a similar treatment done for these. I had actually scheduled an appt. with a different doctor in the same building but at the last minute they discovered they couldnt take my insurance. They referred me to Dr. Reismans office which was just a few floors downstairs in the same building. Although I was in a rush trying to get the treatment for the same day and coming in at the last minute their office was accommodating and patient trying their best to help me out. They confirmed that despite the doctor being pretty much booked he would see me as they understood the urgency of my situation even while I was trying to figure out if I was going to be covered by my insurance or have to pay out of pocket. When I saw the doctor he was kind attentive listened a lot and never pushed anything on me. He let me speak about not only the cysts but a couple of other things I was interested in and I wanted him to look at and he was accommodating. Overall really positive experience. And turns out he was within my insurance network after all which was great He did the cortisone treatment for me and now will hopefully be in a much better spot for my event early next week.

I loved Dr. Reisman and his kind ways. He was quite thorough in his examination and took the time to address each and every concern I had. He removed a cyst from my inner eyelid that had been plaguing me. He also did a full body inspection of my skin, which could have been very uncomfortable, but his professionalism and kindness made it easy.

Dr. Reisman is the first doctor I've ever had who successfully treated my lifelong problem with psoriasis. He eradicated it. He also successfully treated a basel cell carcinoma on my temple with complete success. He eradicated a years-long toenail fungus as well. He always listened carefully and gave me all the time I needed, clearly explained the pros and cons of all the choices I had to make, promptly followed up on all tests, commjnicated clearly in person and by text. I saw him 3 times and all 3 times I had a BAD experience. He does not listen to you, very abrupt, rude, arrogant, no bedside manners, wants to rush you thru, doesn't explain things and just plain seems not to care about you. I would give him 0 stars for bedside manners, but not sure if that is possible.

I have had Dr Mark Reisman as my dermotologist for many years as a former life guard and world travler my wife and I have been in the sun alot. Mark is a top notch doctor who is easy to work with on treatment of sun damaged skin. He is also charming and well traveled up on latest treatments and over all a super star doctor

Excellent care

I saw Dr. Reisman this week for an in-office surgical procedure. He was caring and professional throughout, and followed up with phone calls and advice. I highly recommend him.
