I’ve been a patient with Dr Henry since 2004 neck surgery at UCSF. She’s a teaching Dr. Usually has a fellowresident at any apptprocedure. Her Assistant helps with managing her schedule. No free parking. Handicap plateparking within a block or 2. UCSF uses MyChart to communicate online ZOOM She’s treats my 247 migraines Neck Back Fibromyalgia Coordinates with my Primary UCSF Headache Ctr UCSF Other Drs throughout many surgeries procedures even in many areas that don’t pertain to her. She was critical in helping me in the beginning of my horrible situation throw out some meds suggest to try some other recipes I always learn while I’m there. I’m a frequent flyer. I have cognitive issues trying to talk they’re ok. She’s super super smart. Lots of the time I will run something by her cause I can’t think straight she’ll look at me ok get it out cause I had the answer before you asked. Lol. It’s great. I’m very happy to recommend Dr Henry the entire staff

My visit with Dr. Henry went very well all the staff were very friendly and caring. I feel hopeful about my treatment plan.

The first time I saw Dr. Henry she was attentive and took my history of procedures etc. The second time I saw Dr. Henry she was 45 minutes late because the office staff had not put me on the schedule. She then took 15 minutes to run through her recommendations for treatments. She recommended treatments I had already had and did not work. We spoke about at my first visit .She seemed ill prepared for my visit rushed through her recommendations showing no concern or empathy.

She was kind and caring. She took the time to talk to me about my problem and she got to know about my family. She even asked me my pets name. Very personable.

Dr. Henry is a pain doctor with no capacity for empathy. She delayed my treatment even after two doctors recommended a procedure. She refused to talk with me directly to explain herself or hear my concerns. She does not belong in the practice of medicine.
