This allergist office is great! I usually see Janel. It's easy to book an appt. The treatment for my allergies was life-changing. Highly recommend!

The Nurses and receptionist were great. The doctor however didn't give me the best experience; he told me the allergen results they administered (which costed $500) were "nonsensical and useless" and that I should just monitor my condition and come back. Then contacted me after the appointment to say that I should come back for a blood test. There's nothing wrong with not knowing what the condition is, but the experience just didn't feel great for the patient. Felt a bit disoriented and disingenuous.

Somehow Dr. Reid was more curious about what specific Asian heritage I was than helping me get bloodwork done, allergy tested and stable by Dr Gendo who took my symptoms and anaphylaxis visits to the ER seriously and was able to diagnose as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome promptly.

I'm writing this review so others are aware of this particular office and procedure. I went in with severe allergy symptoms yet Dr Reid simply questioned me while sitting behind his desk and concluded I did not have allergies. He suggested testing for food and environmental allergens but seemed to have concluded immediately that I was not allergic to anything. I was told that the allergy testing was $6 per prick but the office really charges $12 per prick. Dr Reid only treats from positive reactions to substances tested on the skin. No blood testing was even suggested. For me there is something causing my body to react but Dr Reid is limited to only skin positive testing. He summed up my condition and wrote it down on a sticky note and handed it to me. When I asked what more I could do to control my severe allergy symptoms he simply said he could not help me, "try over the counter remedies". Each visit was over $1,000 and as a patient I felt his scope of diagnosis and treatment extremely limited. He generalized my condition to hundreds of people having this problem yet he doesn't know how to treat or even want to find the root cause. I was told simply to deal with it. This has been a very expensive experience with a man who did not bother to get up from behind his desk (I was escorted to him) to examine a patient. After he googled how to spell Vasomotor Rhinitis, I walked away with a $2000 sticky note.

Life savers! My primary provider wasn't able to get me in for over a week for a necessary injection. I called around looking for a solution, and Dr. Reid's group was able to set me up with a same day telemedicine consult and an injection appointment the next morning with a sample dose they had in stock. They went above and beyond to help me, and I'll be forever grateful.

This wonderful Staff saved my Life after having my Asthma & Allergies ignored, over -medicated by the Military Physicians. Finally after 4 years. The Respiratory Therapist out-sourced my Allergy & Asthma needs ..I sleep better,feel better .by 100% ..I'm so grateful for the Staff and their Approach.

Michael and his staff are wonderful people and I had a great experience visiting their office. I even did a video-call during Covid that was effortless and very easy. My only issue with this doctor's office is that they don't offer online payment which would deter me from coming back since paying even a small fee was a huge hassle. They only offer check payment or calling their office. I really hope they change this soon.

When I first walked in, I was a little skeptical because it was small. However, I had an AMAZING experience with everybody in this office, even amid the COVID-19 chaos. Another doctor sent me to an allergist because my asthma was completely out of control. I had been using my rescue inhaler 3-5 times a day, everyday, for over a year. I couldn't go anywhere without it! I've tried several maintenance inhalers over the years with no luck. Janelle got me allergy tested (immediately, right there in the office!) and found out my allergies were much more severe in CA than WI. I've never, EVER, had my asthma this under control. I highly recommend this office-- everybody was polite and professional.

Incredible staff and great quality patient care! The PA Janel is awesome!! Dr Reid is A Cool Guy too!
