David was such a great help today. I needed my medication because I ran out. He helped me navigate some solutions and followed up just make sure things were going smoothly!mahalo

I give them a big fat ZERO!!! customer service at mindful solutions is really bad very bad. I waited for Zoom appt with Kimberly Dow NP. I never got to talk with her... I felt she wa caring... and I got my medications for depression, anxiety and severe insomnia. Last visit in November.I didn't get to do Zoom as I waited 15 minute for the damn code to connect & these idiots running the telephone kept sending me a link that didn't work... I see why folks commit suicide seriously mental health care service sucks at this place...so I missed my appt because of their shitty customer care. it's a damn shame... close the damn doors if you cannot give proper service!!!!!! just that simple

I had an appalling experience with Dr. Ryan Vidrine. In my experience, this guy is a first class jerk, and should be expelled from the psychiatric community. It's beyond ironic that this man, who somehow managed to become mental health provider, is among the most emotionally unintelligent people I've ever met in all my 65 years. His communication skills are deplorable, his "bedside manner" is toxically arrogant, mean, and controlling, and I doubt he'd know The Golden Rule if it bit him in the pants. Did this man study psychology? Was he given any instruction in how to properly support and interact with deeply distressed and disturbed people? Any instruction at all?During my TMS intake session with Vidrine, I related a bad personal interaction I'd had recently, and how that interaction had affected me. It was clear from Vidrine's response that he didn't understand. I told Vidrine that he wasn't getting what I was telling him. He insisted he was. He wasn't, however, despite several attempts on my part to clarify. I asked him to explain to me what he thought I was trying to say. He told me - and got it dead wrong - once again. I kept trying to explain, patiently, what exactly he wasn't understanding. But Vidrine continued to misunderstand, talk over me, raising his voice - and no matter what, kept insisting he understood me perfectly well. When I told him I was getting frustrated, he barked imperiously that he was going to "end the session" if I didn't get in line! I had already paid for the session, and I was desperate to get life-saving TMS treatment, so no, I didn't want to end the session. I felt bullied, and abused.All this doctor had to do was to say, calmly, with respectful professional and personal regard for his patient:"I see we're having a communication problem, here. Let's slow down, and see if we can each listen more carefully to the other. Since I'm the doctor, I'll start. Please tell me again what you want me to know, and I'll repeat it to you, to be sure I understand. Let me know if I miss anything."But no. Instead, Vidrine spoke loudly and forcefully over me, repeatedly, threatening to end the session. I certainly got HIS message loud and clear: Unless I capitulated to Vidrine's toxic autocratic tendencies, I'd have to swallow hard and start TMS treatment all over again somewhere else.People with treatment-resistant depression are often barely hanging on. Barely. By a thread. This is NO way to treat them.Individuals coming for TMS treatment are nearing the end of their ropes, having tried and failed numerous times - often at great personal expense and heartache - to treat their very difficult mental health conditions."Above all, do no harm." Remember that, Vidrine? Looking at your other similarly lousy reviews, it seems you have considerable soul searching to do, and serious amends to make.Ryan Vidrine is a disgrace to the medical field. You should avoid his "care" like the plague.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, avoid this place at all costs. They care more about their bottom line than actual mental healthcare.I was scheduled an appointment without my consent, a month earlier than my provider had agreed upon. I was given a confirmation message on a Friday and canceled it the following day. They apparently need "two business days" for cancellation (convenient) and I was charged $175.When I called the office to speak to someone about this I was met with an incredibly rude woman who ended up hanging up on me. I will now be disputing this transaction with my CC company and finding a new provider.For lack of a better term: fuck this place.

I love Mindful Health Solutions. The reception team is amazing & makes me feel super comfortable. Dr. Bastiens is the best psychiatrist I've ever been to. I've been under his care for 2-3 years & never had an issue. I feel like I finally have someone I trust who truly looks out for the best for me. My mental has improved greatly & I couldn't have done it without Mindful Health Solutions.

FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH & SAFETY, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MINDFUL HEALTH SOLUTIONS. Three months ago I came to MHS knowing exactly what medication was working for me in the past. Unfortunately, Dr. Ferhad Ahmad disagreed with me. Maybe he just wanted to feel like he knew better than me / exercise his authority? I don't know. Anyways, within 15 minutes of meeting each other (& with very little questioning), he insisted I try out mood stabilizers. I told him that mood had nothing to do with my mental health issues at the moment, but he said I wouldn't know if it'd help unless I tried. I agreed to try them since I was desperate & MHS refused to put me on my previous meds. It all happened so fast. Those mood stabilizers made me feel terrible for weeks. I stopped them and requested a different psychiatrist, one that was willing to listen to their patients' needs. I heard nothing back for a month, so I messaged them again. They replied that my case had been marked as urgent/high priority & that they would schedule me with someone else within 2 weeks. Another month passed. Foolishly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, downplaying my own needs & assumed they had no availabilities and/or higher priority patients. I finally gave them another call and they said the same thing they told me last. Weeks later & I still haven't heard back. In total, it's been three months & I haven't received proper care. I don't wanna go into too much detail, but I've faced an INCREDIBLE amount of unnecessary stress, pain, & turmoil DIRECTLY because of MHS. It seems that they're really trying to push TMS & esketamine -- two relatively novel psychiatric treatments -- so I do NOT suggest coming to MHS if you need anything besides those. I never thought it'd happen to me, but after learning that psychiatrists get paid more the more they prescribe, I realized that Big Pharma is real and out to get us hooked on whatever they can. Please, please do lots of research & don't forget to be your own advocate while navigating this hellish American healthcare system. Good luck!

Went through three trauma inducing sessions as a new patient (just had to switch health insurance) for medication management and left hanging as they told me they couldn't help 'someone in your circumstance 'when I requested another provider. I'ma kidnapping survivor from9/14/19 with bipolar and ADHD- I'm complex, but stable. The officer manager even accused me of getting medication from another doctor- which is true, my previous doctor, to bridge the provider gap and that it took 3 sessions just to get my info and nothing was prescribed. I also wasn't even asking for medication. I had to keep repeating the same information over and over and he couldn't keep it straight. He also kept bringing up my weight- which I'm well aware of. They also couldn't seem to work out how to get my records from Kaiser. They wanted me to get psych records only and I relayed that I didn't have that option and gave them my full medical record. I also sign consent to talk to my doctor. You would think they could work a thing like that out. I asked for another provider with more experience and I was treated like a drug seeker. My psychiatric nurse practitioner has only been working since 2020 and is clearly not receiving adequate supervision. Stay away!
