Molly Finley's Online Review Report Card

2.5 stars. The staff is very friendly and I usually dont have any issues getting a script that I need. A couple downsides are there are no actual doctors at the Gilbert office, they only have nurse practitioners there, so if you need to see an actual doctor, youd have to go to another office. Also, since youre seeing the nurse practitioner, its likely a different one each time. Ive been going to that office for years and I dont think Ive seen the same person more than 2 or 3 times. I wish I could see the same person every time. Another downside is theyre terrible at following up with other providers. I require certain medical supplies that I get from J & B medical, and that company requires a new script annually to refill the orders. While my doctors office did send them a script, J & B medical had asked them for some additional documentation and it took over a month to finally get it to them. I tried following up with my doctors office on the phone, but nothing would get done. I was told the assistant would call me back, and yet I was the one that had to keep calling them. Finally, I decided to just go into the office, and thats when things were finally able to get done. Also if you try calling them on the phone, expect to be on hold for a long time. Its actually faster to either text them or go to the office in person. Overall, they need some improvements when it comes to their systems and process, but the staff and nurse practitioners do care and actually listen to you.

Dr. Molly Finley has been my doctor for years and has always provided excellent care. She is very compassionate and thorough. She isnt backing out of the room minutes after she enters. She listens to all your questions and concerns and provides answers. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Finley is a doctor who actually listens to you. She takes her time and actually cares. I dont feel like I am rushed out of the room ever. Sometimes she is behind, but I am ok with that because she is giving good care to the patient before me, and I would like that same care. She is an angel. She will fight for her patients rights and for what they need. I love her and have never found a better doctor out there.
