I got Bells Palsy with complete facial paralysis on one side when I was 38.5 weeks pregnant. It was recommended to me to try acupuncture. I was skeptical as I’d tried acupuncture for other problems over the years without any luck. I tried it anyways. After every single session, I regained control of a new part of my face within 30 minutes. I went twice a week and within 4 weeks I was totally recovered. The recovery rate for pregnant women is only 50%. I am so thankful I found Moss Acupuncture and I have Jennifer to thank for helping me get my smile back!

I highly recommend Moss Acupuncture! Jennifer listened to my concerns, thoughtfully talked to me about treatment options, and then started me on Chinese herbs and acupuncture which helped me tremendously. She also worked with my physician to make sure we all had the same treatment plan. Jennifer is a skilled clinician and lovely human. I can’t recommend her enough.

My best treatment experience. I've tried many different treatment modalities for my triathlon injuries and to aid in muscle recovery/relaxation. My treatments with Jen have helped so many aspects of my performance (including improved sleep quality). I had a long list of issues that I wanted to discuss and I was concerned with how I would prioritize each issue. Jen reassured me and listened in such a calm, patient and caring manner. I have gone to acupuncture for 20+ years and Jen Moss is by far the best. I always feel heard by Jen - she is thoughtful and gentle in her treatment approach, but she’s also incredibly effective. I always leave feeling amazing and notice a huge difference in my overall health when I see her regularly.

I tore a muscle in my upper shoulder and the pain was excruciating. Going to Moss Acupuncture was one of the few things that offered any relief for the pain as it healed. Their gentle touch was welcomed and as an added bonus it offered quiet time for myself to decompress.
