I’ve really enjoyed working with Theresa on fertility treatments. I believe she helped my body reset following a miscarriage.

Teresa has the best kind of energy that is warm, passionate, yet calming. We had an in depth conversation about everything going and she was nothing short of attentive. She had great dietary suggestions and addressed all my concerns. She was intentional when placing the needles, explained everything she was doing, and I had the most enjoyable, relaxing session. I have been going to The Nest for all of my prenatal acupuncture, and they are truly amazing. I specifically see Teresa, and she is absolutely wonderful. She always takes the time to do a thorough follow-up before each appointment, explains everything clearly, and brings such a calming energy to every session. Teresa has made such a difference in my pregnancy experience—I always leave feeling cared for, supported, and more relaxed. I had my first acupuncture session with Teresa today! Wow, what an experience. The space is incredible, so thoughtfully designed, light and spacious with the charm of SFs older building, elevated yet grounded. Teresa made me feel so well cared for, heard and important, genuinely listening and asking questions to uncover what might really be going on, related to my fertility journey and well as other long standing, unresolved health issues. I left feeling calm, cared for and lucky to have found this acupuncturist.

Teresa is, without a doubt, one of the best acupuncturist I’ve ever been to. It was one of the most positive and effective acupuncture experience I’ve had. She’s incredibly caring, compassionate, and truly attentive to your needs.

I saw Teresa for a frozen embryo transfer acupuncture protocol. She was incredibly wonderful and kind. She took a very complete assessment and drastically decreased my stress and anxiety. Would highly recommend her to anyone and would most definitely go back!

Teresa is absolutely amazing! This was my first time having acupuncture done and she made the whole experience so wonderful. She has the most soothing voice and positive personality. She is so knowledgeable and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about her! The office space was very clean and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure I had an experience tailored to my needs and preferences. She made recommendations but was never pushy about anything. I wish I lived in San Francisco so I could see her on a regular basis! I am definitely hooked on acupuncture now and I just hope I can find someone as fabulous as Teresa in my home town. She has set the bar very high!

Teresa was by far the best acupuncturist I’ve ever had. She did my accupunture before and after my IVF transfer and it was amazing. She had me hold the fertility stone the whole time which was calming and she gave me my own stone to take home which was so sweet of her. Best experience I’ve had with acupuncture ever.
