Used to come here regularly. Haven’t been in a long time. Was feeling in need of some Botox again and came to look at reviews and I noticed the other people who rated low had the same problems I did. The first couple of time were good, but I felt the Botox not being as effective the last few times made me wonder if they’re not administering the good stuff or diluting it over time in order to get more money out of you, more often (I noticed one other review mentioned suspecting this). Which brings me to my biggest problem; they flat out told me I wasn’t spending enough and that anything less than a certain amount “isn’t worth the doctor’s time.” I only ever needed a small dose in one spot and I guess they didn’t appreciate that. Which brings me to my last point; one lady who works there gave me unsolicited criticism of my face during my consultation to try to suggest more procedures than I was asking about, about the redness around my nose and texture and freckles, and I kept telling myself I’m sure she didn’t mean to be rude, but it was truly rude. I read that one other review had the same problem. I had another bad experience with another staff member once when I made an honest mistake with my payment. It was unintentional and I fixed it within an hour and was kind and apologetic to her the whole time. But the attitude I got in return left me never wanting to interact with any of them anymore. The doctor is not personable either. Barely speaks to you or looks at you.

I got broadband light therapy and microneedling done and noticed a remarkable difference in my skin, reducing redness, dark spots, and broken capillaries. I’ve been getting so many compliments on how fresh and vibrant my skin is and highly recommend. The staff here is friendly, informative, and dedicated to ensuring their patients feel confident and comfortable throughout the processes!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bokov for a few years now and really like his bedside manner and professionalism. He’s not one to push products on you and will be honest about the pros and cons of different injectables. The staff is always friendly and happy to see you. I’ve convinced a few people to switch over to NHA and they love it. Highly recommend!

The staff at Nob Hill Aesthetics are so friendly and helpful. They really care about helping you achieve your desired results. I had coolsculpting and Emsculpt. Combined with diet and exercise I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results.
