Dr. Toy is a compassionate, professional and astute psychiatrist. I reached out to him at a time when psychotherapy was no longer adequate and I was spiraling to a dark and frightening place. He has been able to my clinician's notes in order to put together a sound treatment plan, based on my history. He has made recommendations for additional medical assessments, based on my concerns and has been supportive and patient in helping to find the right balance of medications for me. Having the ability to work with him remotely has been critical and I highly recommend him.

I had anticipated a call from PCP’s office with a name and number to call. I received a call from Dr.Toy and was comfortable talking upon introduction of his tele-practice.I scheduled an appointment and am looking forward to working with him. I have Clinical Depression, M.S., Scoliosis, TSH levels up in last blood tests, and a year of Covid. Our lives have been challenged in many ways. My doctor had reached out to Dr.Toy for a consultation with me for his NeuroPsychiatric expertise. I will check in with healthgrades.com after my first appointment.
