I searched far and wide and many states, before I selected Dr. Horton to perform a breast implant revision. The results = perfection. Moreover, the entire staff and office work in harmonious synch which made my entire experience and recovery effortless. .

Dr. Horton and her team are amazing! Kind, caring, always available and responsive and not pushy. They take as much time as needed to answer all questions and address concerns. I had an abdominal fat roll that while was easy to conceal made me very self conscious. Dr. Horton performed liposuction to eliminate the roll. It's was an efficient procedure that only took me out of commission for the first week. (I was able to work from home in week 2). I felt that the cost was reasonable given how much this issue bothered me. I have seen other plastic surgeons and Dr. Horton ranks among the best. She is a lovely, personable, caring doctor. Five stars!

“I should have written this review long ago because Dr. Laura has truly been a miracle worker in our lives.” My mother has a heart condition and was taking fifteen prescribed medications. I chose Dr. Karen Horton as my surgeon for a breast reduction and liposuction procedures, based on her impressive credentials, specialization, accomplishments and referrals. From initial consult to post op, I had a positive and pleasant experience, with wonderful results. (Ok, they look perfect!) I found Dr. Horton's entire professional team and medical facility to be top notch in every aspect. I continue to recommend Dr. Horton and her practice without hesitation.

Do not be fooled by her "we are BFF's "bedside manner. Let's hug. When approached to discuss results she provided a predictable passive aggressive response "be happy with yourself " results are aligned with standard of care. Documentation proves otherwise. My comments are not representative of breast augmentation surgery with Dr Horton. As with any surgery- do your research!!

I have had several procedures with Dr. Karen Horton. She is by FAR the best surgeon I've ever experienced. It's not just her exceptional skill as a surgeon; it's also that she is incredibly compassionate. I trust Dr. Horton completely. I really can not say enough about her expertise as a surgeon and a human being.
