Allie is a seasoned and excellent rolfing practitioner with a lot of experience and intuition. I definitely recommend her, the prices for her massage are very good. The spa is beautifully decorated, super clean and very calm. It’s in a beautiful part of the city so you can combine a spa day with brunch, coffee etc.

A consistently wonderful spa experience. The front desk team is always kind and professional, speaking quietly and calmly in a way that truly preserves the zen atmosphere and helps you forget the busy street just outside. Winnie is an incredibly talented massage therapist. I leave every session completely relaxed, wrapped in warmth and comfort. The back deck is a lovely place to enjoy tea afterward and ease back into the world. Highly recommend.

I booked my first facial at Redmint, and the morning of, they called to "confirm" appointment and started by saying my provider would be replaced with their "head esthetician" then proceeded to ask if anyone had called to update me about my appointment. When I said they had not, they'd decided to move my appoint 30 mins later to a time that wouldn't work. My booked time wasn't available, an earlier appointment was available but it was just an hour from when they'd called me... No apology, then they said "just call when you want to book a new appointment" I won't be.

I’ve had many massages before, not here, so thought I would try a new place. I booked a Swedish massage, but my massage therapist took it upon herself to decide to give me a deep tissue/acupressure/Swedish combo instead. I even asked 20 minutes into the service “this is a Swedish massage, yes?” It’s one thing to say at the beginning of the service as a type of consult, in my professional opinion this is what I would think would be beneficial to you, it’s not what you booked though so what would you like to do, but it wasn’t until I said something did she start explaining to me that she changed course and why. As a result I was unprepared for the service and startled by some of the tactics. Anyone who has gotten a deep tissue massage knows that they can be painful, but now I believe I have bruises forming on my back, and my neck and shoulders are messed up too. At some parts it felt chiropractic, which I did not consent to, and for the rest of the day following my service I’ve had a headache (which I did not have before). When she did follow more traditional Swedish methods, it wasn’t as good as other massages I’ve had from elsewhere. But what mostly bothered me was the switch up of service/technique without my consent.

Update: Unfortunately, the situation has gotten worse, not better. After the initial incident where I arrived for a service that should never have been booked given my very clearly communicated medical limitations (9 months pregnant + sprained ankel) Redmint asked me to contact them directly to resolve the issue. I did so immediately and was provided a specific time for a phone call with their management team. I confirmed the time within minutes, yet no one called and they no showed me (again). I followed up again, received another “we’ll reach out shortly” message… and again, no call, no resolution, no next steps. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since the incident with no communication or follow-up from Redmint. If I had “no-showed” an appointment, Redmint would have charged me in full with zero hesitation. Yet after wasting my time, my money (Uber to and from the appointment), and leaving me standing outside a treatment room for a service they could not perform, there has been no accountability and no follow-through. I truly wanted to give them a chance to make things right, but the lack of responsiveness and professionalism speaks for itself. I will update this review if Redmint eventually resolves this but based on the experience so far, I would strongly caution anyone booking services here. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says everything. Original Review. I booked a TMJ massage at Redmint and clearly told the booking team I was nine months pregnant and recovering from a sprained ankle when I booked the appointment over the phone. The staff confirmed it was fine but when I arrived, the therapist was unable to perform the treatment as a result of my pregnancy and ankle (not his fault whatsoever). What made it worse was that the staff repeatedly asked if I had “disclosed this information” or filled out an intake form, even though I had done exactly that when booking. The lack of communication and accountability was frustrating and unprofessional. I wasted time and money traveling there via Uber for a service that should never have been booked in the first place. The front desk was polite but could only offer that they wanted “to make it right". For a place that markets itself as holistic and high end, I expected better organization and care.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Such a caring and professional staff. They really do put wellness first. From the front desk, to the practitioners, all the way up to management each person who works there is so kind and lovely. I left with my mind relaxed and my body relieved of pain. Can't wait to return again soon. Highly recommend.
