DUMBEST experience! Phoned up doctors office on Friday for a repeat prescription for a simple medication I have been on for 9 years. The receiptionist said she will send the request to my pharmacy. Went to my pharmacy who said the prescription wasn’t rcvd. Phoned up on Sat and explained I am flying on Sunday out of country and running out of medicines. Doctor sends a generic message that prescriptions are available MonFri. I phoned up 8 times again to state I phoned on Fri and the whole situation. The assistant said that someone should come to collect prescription on weekday on my behalf and parcel it to me so I can get my medication in London. DUMB!!! What makes them think that their prescription will be accepted by the health system overseas.. worst ever.. did not help me a bit.

I went to Dr. David for medication for what I thought was the worst herpes simplex outbreak I ever had, all the way down my chin. After a couple of days of struggle to get ointment medication, I saw images that made me think I have a case of Shingles. I asked Dr. David if it could be Shingles. I asked if it should be put in my chart. I am 68 years old. They said it didnt matter. I am unhappy about that response and that they never did test it.

Rude and unprofessional. If it werent for his cool receptionists, he wouldnt be getting atleast a star. All he did was a family history interview and gave a bunch of prescriptions which my fiancee was already taking. Lol, what a laughing stock! Well never be back!

People who posted less than 4 stars obiously just need to find onother primary care. Lol! If I have an option to put more then 5 * I would do it.I been going here for almost a decade now well, its not for me but its for my grandma since I been her care giver. Everyone from the floor staff to the Drs or even the people that comes here are always polite. The nurse who takes my grandmas vitals and very attentive to her needs like ordering her walker, cane and incontinence and of course her gentle touch when giving injection always greet you with a smile and never made mistakes to call her prescription at the pharmacy which is also located downstairs. the owner who knows my grandma for so long now is also kind and really a nice guy. Now the wait time to see the dr. Is usually thesame as any place 1015min. Or sometimes early. Iam greatful that this medical bldg. Has a great Filipino doctor one of the best in town. Dr. Romeo david is always there to listened to all my grandmas concerns, he has patience. I can tell he is knowledgeable, and really cares about his patients. He is a very honest with great integrity. Not many doctors go beyond caring about heir scope of expertise. Thanks dr. David for being so caring to your patients.

Many times Dr. David is misunderstood by many patients. However, if you would just follow the instructions that is given to you by the doctor, you will not have the difficulty of getting better. Medications normally does not take effect in an instant. There are some that are supposed to be taken continuously within 3 days to see the difference in your body. Now, if the medication doesnt improve your condition within 2 to 3 days, you need to call your primary care physician immediately in order for your doctor to give you an alternative medication or will make a decision of sending you to ER.When your PCP asked you to see him after a week or two, you must do so in order to make sure that you are in a better condition. Dont ever think that he is just after your copay. If you have questions about your health, Dr. David is always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Romeo David is my family doctor and I really like him.. He is thorough and very friendly , very knowledgeable and courteous.. He has a convieniant location for me and I feel very comfortable around him.. I fell like I can ask him any question and he knows the answers or if he doesnt he will find out. He has even called me after hours if I have something I am concerned about. I really enjoy going there as his staff is very cordial. I have been going to him since 2008
