Clinic Nurse didnt send me Zoom link until 10 minutes before appointment was scheduled. Didnt call prior for History, and its extensive. They were running late at 0930 in the morning ! Clinic Nurse or Assistant I talked with was very rude. I am a Registered Nurse myself and frankly found Dr. Cudahys Assistant unprofessional. Now I wish I wasnt even connected to Dignity Health group because only 2 Drs are accepting new patients. Dr. Cudahy may be wonderful, but, I will never know as his team was SO unprofessional. I really needed an appointment too, to get RXs filled, but, fortunately I was able to get into the free Health Right 360 Clinic to see a Dr. in person at their Clinic in the Mission.

Dr. Cudahy has been an amazing combination of great bedside manner, professionalism and efficiency. I appreciate his communication and he takes the time to really listen to what I need. Every time I have a visit, the experience is smooth and painless :)I also love the fact that he is with the times! And is not some stuffy doctor who is not open minded about new ideas. Thanks Doc!

I must start off by saying, Im not the biggest fan of doctors. However, Dr. Cudahy has been restoring my faith. He understands and respects my approach to health, even if he doesnt agree sometimes. He really listens to my needs as an athlete, and although hes incredibly intelligent, he remains humble. I look forward to doctor visits now because I feel like I level up every time. Also, reception is very kind and prompt to respond which I really enjoy.

I spoke with the receptionist, Janice, who was utterly disrespectful. She spoke with me and was extremely rude and attempted to not let me make an appointment. I had my insurance call for me and then warm transfer me to make the appointment. She was laughing at my accent and this is unacceptable. Im assuming she is working from home as I could hear her friends and children in the background and she kept telling me to hold on. I dont see how someone who has a PhD would hire someone so horrible. Find better help or you wont have any patients left.

Anybody with arthritic joint pain... this review is for you. Dr. Cudahy diagnosed my hip pain with an ultrasound in minutes. I am a 62 year old aging athlete who loves sports. He used a procedure called an ultrasound guided injection to provide cortisone to the exact location of the problem. I was skeptical as to how much good it would actually do and was completely amazed. There was no pain or discomfort with the procedure and within days I was back on the tennis court. The clinic is brand new and all the equipment state of the art. I consider it my own personal miracle. My deepest gratitude, Dr. Cudahy. Sincerely, Allen C.
