I recently had a scheduled appt with Dr. LuLu who is amazing but sad to say that the front office is not as caring or kind. I have never been late to an appt with her and yes I was 25mins late, however, there were circumstances out of my control even though I left 20 minutes early to get there on time and even called to say I’d be late. I explained to the front office my situation as well as even mentioned that I took a day off from work to see her, even asked if there was a later slot that they could fit me in and I would wait as long as needed. But no, not even this once, so much for “humankindness” Dignity employees.

Ive been seen by many neurologists in the past year and was referred to her for me possibly having MS. During my appointment in the beginning she did ALOT of typing but later realized she had been observing me through her questions and typing . She recommended new tests that other doctors didnt. I felt like she was the first doctor to even care about what is really causing my pain! In fact, she had been looking over my file over weekend after I left and requested another test! I felt like she was followingthrough and really cared!

Dr placed me on Cymalta for severe pain in my legs caused by my illneas. After being taken off work from my prime due to medical reaction Dr Luli insist I say because they help my depression. After explaining that I dont have depression she asks why do I take it. Needless to say I am still need to adjusted to this medication and now an searching for a Dr that can keep better records

She didnt really address my reasons for going there. Just said she could see nothing wrong. This is why Im getting a second opinion. She even missed some things that should have been at least considered.

Dr.Lulu is an exceptional doctor with great bedside manner. Her and staff are great. they know my husband by name even when not in office and she takes the time to answer all your concerns and questions.
