I rarely feel compelled to leave bad reviews, but my experience here was so bad I want to deter anyone from visiting. Came for a Dermaplaning session with Kailea and the service was so bad. She rushed through the entire thing, kept knocking my ears, took big and rough strokes with the tool, all culminating in her cutting my forehead to the point where it bled. I have gotten Dermaplaning done countless times at other places, and that’s never happened. Absurd for $150. I could’ve achieved a better outcome (and certainly a more pleasant experience) buying a tool at the drugstore and doing it myself. Won’t be coming back.

I just wanted to share a little about my recent facial harmonization treatment, which I chose to do here for the first time instead of my usual clinics in Paris or Palm Beach. After learning more about Dr. Pritika's background, I felt confident enough to trust her hands -- and I'm truly so glad I did. We divided the treatment into three sessions to give my skin time to respond thoughtfully to each injectable. Dr. Pritika was incredibly professional, attentive, and gentle throughout the entire process. She worked with Sculptra, Voluma, Juvederm, and Botox, tailoring each step with precision and care. For the Sculptra, she used cannulas to ensure the product was placed exactly where it needed to be -- we even discussed the density of the application based on the goals we set together. I could already see a difference during the session! With the Juvederm for the lips, we sketched out the shape beforehand and talked through every detail. It felt like a true collaboration. The Botox was a complete game-changer -- honestly, the best result I've ever had. We split it into two sessions so she could focus on every little detail. And finally, Voluma -- my favorite treatment of all -- gave me what felt like 10 years back in under 15 minutes. I feel like my face looks refreshed, relaxed, and most importantly, natural. That's what I loved the most -- we didn't do "a little of this and that," we went for a full and thoughtful harmonization plan, and it made all the difference. I'll be back in three months for maintenance and to keep nourishing my skin. I'm so happy to have found such a talented and caring doctor to accompany me on this journey!

I saw Pritika today. She has an eye for detail and her skill is unsurpassed. I drive an hour to see her because I have never been disappointed. Truly an expert in her field!
