Dr. Bailey literally gave me my life back when she gave me a revision endarterectomy. I was on the verge of a bad stroke due to a blocked right carotid artery, one that no one at UC wanted to touch despite their vaunted reputation, and the one doctor who was willing to help wanted to do a very high risk procedure that I refused. Dr. Bailey did a beautiful job for me, and I can never thank her enough. Five stars for sure.

Found myself at St Luk'es Emergency Room, closest to my house, and VERY lucky to have been operated on by Dr Bailey. What a great surgeon and a fantastic person. Does so many operations per day, then takes time to visit the patients in recovery and type her own notes into the records. I don't understand why St Luke's doesn't value her more highly and have someone else do the typing and let her go home and rest.

Dr. Bailey saved my life. Appendectomy in the emergency room (well in its operating room). She has a wonderful bedside manner, calming, informative the BEST. For anything that involves a knife, she is the surgeon Ill go to love her!!

Very poor customer service.  When I called her office on several occasions, no one answered.  After leaving a message, sometimes they would call back, sometimes they wouldnt.  Her waiting room was chaotic.  It was filled with people and I had to wait over an hour and a half to see her.  My appointment for a procedure was cancelled, then rescheduled, only to be cancelled again.  On the day of my procedure, she was 3 hours late, and because she was so far behind in her schedule, I never saw her.  I waited 4 hours and she never showed up.  The hospital staff said that was not unusual for her and they told me I should think about seeing another doctor.  I never had her perform the procedure.  If she is this disorganized, I questioned if the quality of her work was just as bad.

Dr. Bailey is the best surgeon you can ever have.  She is concern, friendly and will see you immediately in her office if you call and are not feeling well.  She has been my doctor for over 14 years and she saved me from going to doctor to doctor.  Dr. Bailey takes time and gets to the root of the problem.  If she cant do it herself she sends you to a specialist that can take care of you.  She follows up after hours to make sure your okay.  Love Dr. Bailey!

I was referred to Dr. Bailey by my primary care doctor.  It took me 2 months to get an appointment with her and then she cancelled the week of saying she would be out of town.  She could not see me for an additional 2 weeks which pushed my ability to get the necessary procedure done in the calendar year which was discussed on my initial phone call and I was told that there would be no problems getting everything completed.  Now I will  not get the necessary care and I need to start from scratch.  Not impressed at all!!

Dr. Bailey is one of the very best physicians there is. She is kind, caring, professional, compassionate, and is an excetionally skilled surgeon. Her staff is knowledgeable and efficient, and the followup is comforting.

In person Dr Bailey seemed very nice but after two months Ive been left with unsure feelings about my quality of care.  Im sure shes a good doctor but Im going to see another doctor whos going to be more active in my care.
