Synergy Dermatology's Online Review Report Card

Met with a Physician's Assistant for guttate psoriasis, she talked me through treatment options (light therapy, etc.) and potential reasons for the outbreak (likely strep throat from kids). She had great bedside manner and was easy to talk to, seemed to know everything there is to know about psoriasis in general (I had a lot of questions). It was easy to find parking, take the elevator up and it's just down the hall. Check-in was also easy and they gave me an iPad to sit with and fill out my patient info. Really had a great experience and glad I picked this clinic vs. some others closer to me in the city.

Horrible phone policy and atrocious communication. After calling 4 times and leaving clear voice mails I realized that they must no longer answer the phone. Their voice mail tells you to text, which is really unprofessional and weird and which I hate, but I did text them. I typed out a clear and concise message about needing an appointment - a follow up to skin cancer removal no less! Yes, even knowing skin cancer was involved this dermatology office blew me off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I never get called back from voice mail but I never got a call back from that text which is what they seem to prefer! I waited a week and called again. There's an option for the office manager so I pushed that button and left her a detailed message that I am a patient and gave her my frustrating history with trying to get a call back. Well guess what? Miss Office Manager didn't bother to call me back either. Now that the medical assistant who I really liked is gone and they have shown me repeatedly that I'm not valued as a patient - buh bye! By the way, the doctor her self is one of those who is breezes in, and breezes out before you know it. 6 minutes the last time according to my iPhone stopwatch !

Dr. Jenny is awesome. I was worried about a something on my skin and she examined me and talked me through what was going on. She was professional, friendly and easy to talk to.

Very unpleasant phone experience. This office is very entitled because their appointments are booked all the way to May.

Don't bother calling this office. No one and I mean no one answers the phone. This isn't what Dr. Cheung's office was like. They're too big for their own good. You're on hold for 39 minutes and then disconnects. The so-called manager is no where around. Lousy office. Lousy service. Don't see this doctor. There are plenty more out there where you can get an appt. Bad service all the way around. Don't use this so-called doctor.

I was referred by my primary care physician to synergy dermatology and was treated for alopecia areata. The last 3 months I been going here Dr. Kurtis was very nice and treated me for my condition. I saw results come in weeks after the initial treatment and after 3 check ups my condition was getting better and will naturally grow back. The office is a little cramp but the front receptionist were extremely helpful on the phone and in the office.

Dr. Bhutan is great. Front staff is efficient. She is quite busy so you'll need to book early.

I love Dr.Bhutani-Jacques and the staff are super friendly. Very easy to get an appointment and everything moves very efficiently. All my acne needs are always taken care of very quickly.

Dr. Bhutani-Jacques is an excellent doctor, one of the few doctors I have had the pleasure of having to treat me. I've gone to some pretty terrible dermatologists here in SF, and Dr. Bhutani-Jacques is one of a kind. I just chose her practice at random, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Bhutani-Jacques was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She diagnosed my issues immediately and was able to resolve them promptly and effectively. I can see why her office is always so busy! FYI the medical office building offers free garage parking which is so helpful and convenient.
