I’ve been seeing Nicole for about 15 years for facials, waxing, and brow & lash tinting. Nicole could teach a masterclass in skincare. SHE GETS SKIN. I know this because (being a self-proclaimed skincare junkie myself) I’m constantly asking her questions. Why do we need to cycle our retinols and acids? Why do we apply antioxidants during the day with our sunscreen? Should I use lactic or mandelic acid? Nicole will gladly explain it all because she treats the cause, not the symptom, of a client’s skin condition. Nicole is incredibly thorough. My issue is congestion - I have large pores and a productive dermis, so no matter what products I use I get a LOT of blackheads. The pinnacle of my facials are the extractions. Nicole will spend as long as I can handle - usually about 45 minutes - on extractions, and my face will be squeaky clean when she’s done. Nicole’s work speaks for itself. My skin has aged very well under her watch, and people are often surprised to find out I’m in my 40s. Even my dermatologist commented on how young my skin looks and asked me who my esthetician is. If you want more than pampering - if you’re looking to make a long term investment in the health and appearance of your skin - then you need to call Nicole!

The BEST facials anywhere. Nicole takes her time and tailors her facial to your skin type and needs. She spends hours on each visit and the facials are somehow both relaxing and thorough. She also gives great product recommendations without being pushy. Recently, several people thought I was much younger than I am. I reluctantly told them my age 😊 and said the credit goes to Nicole’s super amazing facials and products. I’ve been a devotee for years!

I met Nicole through the recommendation of a friend. I’ve been struggling with acne and skin scarring for the past two years (I’m now 31yrs old), and my friend said Nicole changed her life, so I figured it was worth a try. I went in to see Nicole last week, and honestly, I don’t think words can do justice to how healing my time with Nicole was. Not only did my skin look and feel so much better (my friends couldn’t stop raving about how much my skin was glowing), but it was incredibly healing to be seen by someone who truly cares and is so knowledgeable. It was also really meaningful to me that Nicole took the time to explain the impacts of different products and facial services on people of different skin types. I often get nervous that when I get facials, the providers are using products that are actually more damaging and irritating to my more melanated skin (I am black), but Nicole talked about certain products that are better and certain products to avoid for more melanated skin types without me even asking which gave me such a sigh of relief and even more trust and confidence in her ability to help me. Nicole is such a beautiful soul and gift to this world. If you’re looking for someone who will walk alongside you on the journey to healing your skin, I can unapologetically say Nicole is your girl.

Nicole was my aesthetian for 25 years until I moved out of SF and I miss her dearly. Over a period of just a few years she transformed my skin from constantly being irritated and broken out to smooth, healthy and honestly younger looking. I have yet to find any other aesthetician who takes the time Nicole did for a treatment and who genuinely cared about me and my skins health.
