I had lost a significant amount of fluids over three days of intense illness, and an IV was the only way I could bounce back quickly. Scheduling with The Cure IV was seamless—the team was responsive, professional, and made the entire process easy. From setting up my account to the arrival of the practitioner, the communication was absolutely next level. Stacy—the nurse who administered my treatment—was incredible. She was friendly, kind, and walked me through every step of the process. She also took time to explain other wellness products and services without any pressure. Lauren at Cure IV is absolutely incredible! I was at a point where I was about to leave Cure IV, but Lauren came to the rescue. She has excellent communication skills and really takes the time to listen to your concerns with so much patience. Whether it’s about timing or requesting a specific nurse, she makes sure everything is handled smoothly and ensures you feel comfortable throughout the process. Lauren goes into every detail to make sure you get exactly the service you need. Highly recommend her and her services to anyone looking for an IV infusion in San Francisco!
