Loved young awesome nurse Jovana — incredible professional, did awesome CO2 for me, going back soon!

Today 7/15 I went in for my Exion lips & penoral (lip area & above & below area plumper) my 2nd out of 4 .. already saw a difference on the first .. am almost 73 & am loving these 2 treatments.. Erika & Danielle are super good at explaining & very gentle & let me know before & during what they are doing & how I am feeling. Always excited to see results & let them know too! Also did my CO2 Laser today, my 3rd & also upped the number to above 4 something .. I forget but was tolerable & also tried the new Rejuran (Salmon Sperm) booster one .. think there are 3 types brightening booster/ hydrating booster/ 2percent DNA all can be topically used or injected .. for me just topical for now .. am excited to see results later .. will be back next week .. All pleasant experiences for me! Thank you Erika & Danielle & Dr G & Sheyma for keeping all my schedules together & reminders & you are the best in getting the financials together as well ! This place was once good. They moved down the block to a much smaller place. So small they don't even have their own bathroom. You have to use the shared bathroom with the hotel. The people have changed and instead of the normal receptionist I ran into someone covering the front desk who has a terrible attitude. She was rude AF and explained oh so forcefully that apparently when you book an appointment they don't book you with the person who saw you before automatically. You have to request that. So the person that has been doing your skin treatments, supposedly tracking your progress and knows what your goals were is not the person you will necessarily get when you book . You get 'whoever is there" as she said. And the photos they take are apparently bs as the Nurse Practitioner told me no one actually looks at them it's "just protocol" Like protocol to waste time wtaf... The NP gives robot energy, walked out before I let her touch me.

I am probably going to sound like a bot or someone paid to do this review but I promise this is real (feel free to check out my other reviews, I am not an easy customer . I went in for the CO2 laser facial special and just expected a good one time deal for a normally fairly expensive facial. But from just their kindness and flexibility with all my rescheduling and sometimes snappy messages deserves an award. Sheyma at the front was so welcoming and helpful. I met with Nurse Danielle, who doing a thorough consult with me asking for my skin goals, treatment history. Dr. G came in to do a second check on my skin as well before they moved forward with the proper treatment best for my goals. I have done laser facials before and it was fairly uncomfortable. But Danielle was so communicative of each step and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Between her bedside manners and expertise, the experience was beyond comfortable. They have memberships they do go over but they certainly do not get pushy. Basically, here is what we have to offer if you're interested. I signed up because the deal is hard to pass up, especially in San Francisco. Between the hospitality, professionalism of everyone from the Doctor to Nurse to reception, I look forward to returning.

The front desk girl and the nurse were amazing and so sweet! The nurse really listened to my concerns and what the whole process would be for the laser treatment I did. She answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back and also would recommend them to anyone!

Very transparency

I've been a client of The Gspa since their early opening days, and my experience over the years has been nothing short of amazing. I've received a variety of treatments including laser, AviClear, Botox, Xeomin, and HydraFacials and every time, I leave feeling more confident and well taken care of. This team, led by Dr. G, is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The laser treatments, especially the gentle CO2 resurfacing and light peels, have significantly improved my skin texture, reduced acne scars, and helped even out my skin tone. Joavana has always been so gentle with me during my CO2 treatments, she listens closely to my concerns and makes sure I'm comfortable every step of the way. Her care and attention make such a difference. Most recently, I've started IPL treatments and just completed my second session. I shared my concerns about dark spots with NP Iris and Nurse Erika, and they explained the process in detail. They let me know that after the treatment some dark spots might initially get darker before they fade and not to freak out about it. Within 20 minutes the sunspots were indeed 3x darker and no joke, just 2/3 days in, I already see them getting lighter! I'm so excited to see the full results. But consistency is key -- without it, the results won't last. AviClear is definitely on the pricier side, but they offer great package deals. This treatment has made a huge difference in managing my acne. I used to get frequent breakouts, especially from wearing surgical masks often. Post-pandemic, my skin was in rough shape, but after three sessions, I barely get any active acne -- maybe 2-3 small spots around my cycle, which is a huge improvement. HydraFacial was actually the first service I tried at The Gspa. It's an amazing way to deep-clean pores while infusing the skin with beneficial serums and light therapy. I had an Aqua Peel in South Korea years ago and had been searching for something similar here -- so glad I found The Gspa! TheGspasf also has a monthly membership, different by amount you pay and it's like 1 credit, 2 credit or 3 credits. Each membership has a different price for a different tier. I believe the credit rolls over or you can save the credits! Also, I have to mention Noelle! She's always so kind and sweet. She goes out of her way to make me feel welcome, often offering a drink while I wait. She's also incredibly knowledgeable about Dr. G's skincare line and has given me great product recommendations that complement my treatments. Overall, every visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire team is warm, friendly, and truly dedicated to making clients feel their best. I highly recommend The Gspa to anyone looking to invest in their skin with a team that truly cares.
