The Treatment Room's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Devin for around a little while now and am a very delighted with my results. I came in looking to achieve a few things, and Devin thoroughly advised of the different paths that we could take to get them. He thinks about the long term health of your skin and therefore isn't going to suggest extreme procedures right out the gate. He's going to advocate for the overall health of your skin and will gladly explain the facts (not feelings) behind his suggestions. You also aren't going to get generic treatment. Over time, he learns your skin and how it reacts, and he adjusts accordingly. As many of you know, the product/procedure is only part of the puzzle, a deft hand is what makes the difference. He is quick but so skilled and it shows. I have never had any complications from any of the treatments I have gotten from him. I have gotten the Lamprobe which is basically a lost art. Problem pores and spots that I've had for years are no longer on my face. I have also gotten the Plasma and Microneedling treatments both of which were well worth the money. I have loved the facials, with the enzyme being my favorite. He is also very serious about after care and maintenance. You are made well aware of what happens if you don't put the effort in to do the process properly. He has sat with me to go step by step, product by product and come up with a weekly regimen to make sure that I am walking away for the best results. It really takes all the guesswork out of it for me. Scheduling is easy, and there is always parking nearby when I go. If you want someone who truly understands skin, this is THE place to go.

Devin is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and skilled. My facial left me feeling like my skin was much healthier and brighter. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

I recently visited Devon for a skin consultation, and it was a fantastic experience. He provided a thorough overview of my skin and gave thoughtful, tailored recommendations—taking into account my complexion and race. He explained which products and ingredients to avoid and which to incorporate into my routine. I've followed all of his advice, and the results have been amazing! My skin now has a more even tone and a healthy glow. Ingrown hairs are noticeably fewer and much easier to manage. I'm already planning my next appointment with Devon—I only wish I’d found him sooner! 😊

Love Devin. Talented, direct, and thorough. He is a Lamprobe expert (trained by Dr. Lam himself!) and his precision when it comes to perfecting my skin is unparalleled. Devin has an impeccable eye for detail. After two Lamprobe sessions my skin already looks amazing. He has removed imperfections I never thought possible. I will definitely be back for further sessions to refine my skin. Yay! Also Zeus is 🥰🥰🥰 I love having that sweet pup snuggling with me during sessions. It doesn't get better than skincare with Devin and Zeus!

I can't say enough amazing things about Devin at The Treatment Room. He's truly a master at what he does! I've seen him for both face and body treatments using the Lamprobe, and every single session has been incredible. He's not only skilled and precise, but also professional, and genuinely invested in your results. The improvements I've seen have been beyond my expectations -- smooth and clear skin. There is absolutely no one else I'd trust with my skin.

I visited the Treatment Room for Lamprobe treatment because my sebaceous hyperplasia (little, flesh colored bumps) on my face was driving me nuts. I couldn't get a dermatologist to help me, and I wasn't able to treat the issue on my own. Devin explained the procedure thoroughly, and I've been very happy with the results so far. I've also had a couple of facials with Devin, and my skin is looking really nice. I highly recommend the Treatment Room!

I had a great experience at the Treatment Room! Devin understands men’s skincare and didn’t just clean up my skin and provide fun conversation, but also helped me figure out a simple, low maintenance plan to keep my skin under control. Honorable mention to Zeus the dog for being an adorable companion during my facial. It’s also in a nice area if you have a partner who’s hanging out while they wait. Highly recommend!!

Devin was amazing. He treated my skin with lamprobe to get rid of my sunspots, I don't think there's many left that offer the service in San Francisco. He was diligent to make sure there is no itchiness/ pain, and he was able to consult with me on how to care for my skin in a practical manner. I will to see him again!

TL;DR - go see Devon to make your dream skin a reality I started seeing Devon around 2018 to help my skin recover from cystic acne and topical meds that dried out my skin. After one appointment, my skin already felt healthier and less clogged! After a few sessions, I no longer had regular breakouts, my blackheads were cleared out, and I felt SO CONFIDENT about my skin. I am so so grateful for Devon’s help and expertise. He really is a master/artist/jedi when it comes to skin. He knows what he’s doing and he’ll take good care of you while doing it!!

This review is overdue. I have visited The Treatment Room twice over the last few months to receive Lamprobe treatment for a flesh colored bump (sebaceous hyperplasia) that would not go away on the tip of my nose. It’s been driving me crazy for years, so I finally did the research and ended up at The Treatment Room. Not only did they offer Lamprobe treatment, but the reviews were great. Devin Romero was very honest and up front from the start. He explained that everyone’s skin reacts and heals differently and that the aftercare at home would impact my results. He said that it would not scar, as long as I let it heal properly, but that I would likely need multiple treatments. He answered all of my questions and was professional. He was conservative with his treatment on such a delicate area on the center of my face, not overly aggressive, which I appreciated. A few weeks later I reached back out letting him know that things healed well, but it was still a little raised, although smaller. I made an appt to return and he didn’t charge me for the second treatment, which I also really appreciated as a single parent. I did buy a couple of moisturizers to use that time and I feel it helped with the healing process. I unfortunately will have to schedule another appt soon because the stubborn little sucker is still there. Even smaller in circumference and flatter, but still there. This is not on Devin at all. I really appreciate him and his expertise, and my hope is that maybe it will go away completely after another treatment or two. I’m so thankful to know that this treatment is an option. I would highly recommend The Treatment Room for your skincare needs. Thanks Devin!
