Was good

I had my first therapy appointment with Debra Williams from Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry of San Francisco. This is a new experience for me as I have never had therapy in my life. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised on how comfortable I felt discussing my situation with Debra. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Debra.

Jamie Bennett is one of the most caring and insightful therapist I have ever known. She has the beautiful ability to stay so present and engaged. As a professional her bedside manner is excellent. I would have no hesitations in highly recommending her to anyone seeking therapy. I am sure you will really love working with Jamie.

This is the worst company ever! I wish I could rate the company as a whole. There are many locations. I had nothing but problems from the beginning. My first appointment was canceled last minute because the counselor suddenly stopped working. I was hesitant to try again but did so because I needed therapy. My second effort was a major hassle just to get another appointment. Their online meeting platform is a confusing nightmare but I did my best to navigate it. I waited over a half hour for my therapist to show up but he never did. I never received any communication regarding his no show. Yet I tried again. My therapist gave me wrong information about my next appointment and Thriveworks scheduled me for a different time. They even charged me for the appointment that the therapist screwed up scheduling. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. No consideration or compassion for their clients and no accommodations. My therapist assured me that he was going to ask them to waive the monthly fee but I have been continued to be charged even to this day after sending a request to them to cancel my services. I have been forced to contact my bank to stop payment. Do not waste your time time with this company.
