I've been trying for six months to get an appointment to see Dr. Lue. As it's been long enough since my last appointment that I need a new referral, my doctor has requested a referral three times, but his office says they never receive them. I asked my provider, Sutter Health, to send me a copy of the referral, so I could and did fax a copy to them asking for a call back. After no call back, I called his office, held for 10 minutes and was sent to voicemail. Still no call back. They make the DMV look good by comparison. Good luck getting an appointment.

Had a video consultation with Legendary Tom Lue related to Peyronie condition. Unfortunately, he became too old for Urology. I think he should be retired and sits at home with his family. In short, this clown wasted my 651$.
