I love this studio. I have been a customer for a year and have always gotten the best service and haircuts. They are by far the best in the business, and I have been doing this for years. We change my style constantly and I always leave feeling confident. The staff is incredibly skilled, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the salon is impeccably clean and stylish. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Total cover plus is the best hair system I have used. Simon and his team know what they are doing. Jonas and Sam are natural talents and are super friendly. I recommend the total cover plus system. In hours you will have your hair back.

I was a little hesitant once, I started, but Simon the Office manager and Jonas walked me through the process, I was Joz 1st client and since then we started a relationship as a client. It's been so long since I seen myself with Hair I wanted to cry because it was a bit emotional for me, but over all the culture at Total Cover Plus is Great!!! I wouldn't change anything.. I've been coming here for nearly a year now and I'm pleased to say that I'm beyond pleased with my results. The otherwise steep learning curve has been easy to get a hold of thanks to the supportive staff.

Absolutely thrilled to have discovered this! I researched and researched and came across TCP 3 months ago. I called Simon to set-up in person appt. I had little hope, to be honest. But, I‘ve tried everything - hair transplant, radiation, healthy oils, but nothing worked to my satisfaction. I was skeptical about “hair system” but I still wanted to give it a try. I’ve already spent thousands of dollars, so.. I figured another $300 doesn’t hurt. I have a friend who did something similar in Asia, so I thought maybe it could work for me too. TCP is from UK, and they now have a branch in San Francisco. When I met Simon for 30 min consultation, he went over everything with me in detail - hair care, types of hair, how it’ll adjust to my active lifestyle, etc. I contemplated for a few weeks.. debating whether I should do it or not. Finally, I decided to just go for it. I scheduled another appt with TCP - this time to apply the “system” (that’s what they call it). And…Wow! I’m shocked to see the transformation. New system appt is about 2 hours - shaving part of the head, washing, cleaning, bonding, and styling. Amanda at TCP did a fantastic job styling my hair. I fricking love it! It’s still day 1 and the maintenance will be challenging but at the end of the day…nothing is easy. I don’t mind spending 30 mins/day on hair care if I can have a fantastic head of hair. I’m EXTREMELY satisfied. Ecstatic actually! Now it’s on me to maintain it and make it work.

Excellent experience. Mike is an absolutely masterful barber, and an all around amazing guy. He took his time, was exceptionally detailed, careful, and always made sure to ask me if he was giving me the look I was going for, making me feel comfortable to offer adjustments and revisions. This guy is an absolutely top notch barber-professional and highly skilled but simultaneously warm and a great conversationalist. Give this guy a raise. Simon explained everything to me carefully, and I never felt even an ounce of sales pressure. He was warm, compassionate and thorough. He answered all my texts prior to the appointment promptly and professionally, and made it clear that it was his goal to help me become self sufficient and learn to apply the system myself, as opposed to other salons I have visited who seem to do everything in their power to keep you reliant on the salon and maximize profit. Overall, excellent experience, and I couldn't be happier with my new look. Looking forward to my next visit!

Very friendly staff and a great barber! I would highly recommend for anyone who is tired of wearing hats all day!
