So far I'm up in the air with these guys. Dr. Cornett was great. The support staff however is apparently lacking In consideration, It has been over a month since I have my appointment with the doctor and I have yet to start my infusion therapy. I get Covid is making an impact but this is ridiculous.
Dr. Wolf and his team are phenomenal. My dad was his patient for over 8/years. The entire team is world-renowned and care so deeply about every single one of their patients.
I've been getting regular infusion at UCSF Parnassus for a couple of years. The whole experience is first rate - the staff treats you like family, the facility is impeccably clean and really well-designed to give each patient privacy yet feel part of a temporary community up on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of SF nearly from bridge to bridge. Unfortunately the windows haven't been washed in the whole time I've been going here. But at this point, it's like an ongoing joke that we're all part of. The important point here is the care I receive is first rate. I have tiny veins and require a skilled practitioner which I get every time.
UCSF Hematology has a great and caring staff both at the front desk, infusion and the various doctors. Dr. Weiyun Z. Ai is great. Very professional and empathetic. Everyone makes you feel welcome.
I saw Miguel Cerejo D.O. for a long time blood disorder. He was fabulous. I've never had a better initial appointment with a doctor. He clearly explained what the possibilities were, and gave me hand written notes outlining everything. He should be teaching other medical professionals how to perform a history and physical exam. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
They are the Very Best at What they do.. cancer is there a line of work and they do a very very good job at curing people with it.. they sent mine into remission....Amen
OK, I hope you never need a place like this, but if you do, UCSF Hematology/Oncology Clinic is one of the best of its kind. Yes, you'll have to navigate the system to get an appointment. Yes, you'll have to wait awhile to get your blood & vitals taken. Yes, you'll wait quite a bit more before you see your doctor. But, when it's your turn, it's your turn -- and your doctor will take your case to a team of doctors so that they can all talk about what your best treatment options are, etc. etc. Plus, the nurses that run the clinic are FANTASTIC. I can almost say that I look forward to going to my treatments ... (Did I just say that?)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
