The most unprofessional and dangerous environment for anyone going through a mental health crisis. Non-responsive, rude, and unqualified staff in the Bay Area. Do not waste your time or money at this place. I will be filling a claim with the state medical board.

Staff are kind and helpful. Meal staff work hard and are extremely kind and respectful. Food is definitely a 10. The place lacks nothing. The only minus would be the toilets not so clean, and would always have flies in the toilet bowl. But no real complaints !! Thanks for making my stay of close to 2 weeks so easy comfortable and pleasant !! ~Angela B

I am so disappointed with our ability, actually lack thereof, of getting medications refilled. My son needs ADHD medicine and every time he runs out i have to literally call over and over and email our doctors. He had gone without meds to school (which is a disaster) and at home (which leads to fights and uncontrollable energy). I'm shocked that it's impossible to get MEDS as this is a PSYCHIATRIC center... people can do dangerous things without meds...not ok. Looking to change and find a more reliable place.

They just keep telling me they are not accepting new patients and I should call 911 or my primary care! The lady sounds like a voice recorder with absolutely no compassion in her tone of voice. She's obviously been doing this for a while now!

Really caring and mostly professional staff. Not a traumatizing hospital experience compared to other hospitals. They follow California law regarding patient’s rights. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing mental health support or for other needs as well.

Don't believe any of the bought reviews; this place has terrible personnel! overtly disrespectful to everyone and don't seem to care about the kids in their care. As a student i'm highly disappointed

This place disgusts me. Several weeks ago I started calling repeatedly and then had a friend submit the internet form for me. Absolutely no response. I have progressed and no longer have drastic thoughts—no thanks to Langley Porter.

My friend has been trying to get treatment here for months and has yet to receive a reply. It can be understandable if they have no space for new patients, but they should at least respond. Her therapist did a clinical referral to this place but still, nothing. The other reviews are also terrifying
