Uniform Teeth's Online Review Report Card

I came in to uniform teeth hoping to perfect my smile. I had braces as a kid, and my teeth were relatively straight already, but was really hoping to make it perfect. They did make some changes, and the teeth are slightly more straight, but nothing close to as straight as you would hope seeing as you have spent thousands of dollars to fix them. My bite is still off, the teeth do not all line up exactly correctly, and there is still a tilt in my front teeth which was the entire reason I came in. When they said my treatment was complete, I tried to explain what wasn't straight and the orthodontist made it seem like what I was asking for was unreasonable and teeth don't get that straight. It was a waste of money for almost no change to my teeth. If you want straight teeth pay full price for real orthodontia.

This is the most modern and best teeth straightening place in the bay! I was impressed with their 3D technology they use to scan your teeth to see digitally how your teeth are lined up. All the staff are super friendly and cool, its a really great environment and energy when you go there.I had braces years ago and I remember the icky mold they had to physically take of my teeth, and how annoying the braces were. There’s no eating restrictions or trouble with the invisible aligners, and they’re so thin and not uncomfortable at all. I also liked the placement of the attachments on the teeth, its a tooth colored bump to help seat the aligners tight, and you can’t even see it! They choose really good spots so that they aren’t even noticeable. I was able to get my teeth straight way faster than braces thanks to modern technology!Not only are their teeth scanning technology up to date but they have an amazing app to help track progress, with a chat function and you get responses pretty quick. It’s super modern and not at all janky like a lot of apps. Any problems or questions you have are solved and answered quickly, you can make appointments on there as well as putting your card information and address for when they send you the aligners. Im actually so impressed with the app!

Was expecting more from my treatment. Would have preferred longer time with more trays to get the results I was hoping for than to end after 2 rounds. My teeth aren’t aligned as good as when I had braces as a teen. I had minor fixes in my treatment needed, however there was a complete overhaul of my entire alignment. There’s some areas that could have been improved with more trays and time. They filled a couple teeth down instead and it still didn’t level out my bottom row. It felt like some corners were cut to reduce time. Some of the trays from my first round would have air gaps or space even after using the chewies many times a day. It took several days to get responses in the app for questions and like another review said it took 4-6 weeks to get my finals trays. I had to reach out for scheduling my next appts when in other dentist or ortho offices they contact me ahead of time to schedule appts. Communication could definitely be better and the app used has glitches a lot. Very nice staff and clean office. Ultimately I’m not very happy with my results tho.

I smile every single time I think about this company and what a great job they've done.  I first want to give a shout out to Dr. Tera Poole and company in the Chicago office, who got the process started for me when I was home visiting family on an extended trip.Then, I got all of my follow appointments done in the 999 Sutter Street, office in San Francisco.  Both offices are great and really pride themselves on giving their clients great care and awesome customer service.  Furthermore, their plans are far less expensive then their competition.  Before you go out a pay four or five thousand dollars for braces, you really need to give uniform teeth a call first.  I guarantee you that their prices, and great service will put a radiant smile on your face too.  :-)Godspeed,McKinley

I am relatively early in the Uniform Teeth process, being in my fifth week of usage of the UT trays, out of an eventual total of at least twenty-four weeks. The initial consultation sold me on the UT process, with a conversation that felt transparent and professional, informative and warm. My skepticism nonetheless continued even after I said "yes", but it eventually gave way as each conversation I had when I called on the phone was treated with respect and authenticity, with my questions answered to my satisfaction. Though I have a ways to go before I can offer proof of concept based on my own experience, I feel quite assured I made the right choice, and believe that when I am through with the UT process in five or six months, that I will feel good at the smile I see when I look in the mirror. The technology of Uniform Teeth is fantastic and incredible, but for me, it is the service that I truly find is special, and even rare, and has convinced me to post this review here.

Clean office with advanced technology along with good customer service!I just wished I would not have to pay $15 for parking! Hahaha

I only had the first appointment so far, but I had a great experience. Lauren took care of me and she was super sweet, helpful, and overall awesome. I liked that she explained everything to me, and she was never pushy about the treatment options, she really wanted me to feel good about it all. Dr Konovalenko was amazing as well, super fun and really took her time to make sure I understood my recommended treatment.I heard and read about others feeling pushed to buy, so I don't know if I got lucky, but for me it was quite the opposite. I felt like both Lauren and Dr Konovalenko cared more about me being comfortable with my treatment than anything else. Highly recommend going with them both!

I was a bit nervous about COVID-19 safety at my consultation, but the space was impeccably clean, all staff diligently wore a mask and everything was disinfected after use. The whole experience was really positive. I was greeted warmly upon entering the modern space, there was a contactless check-in system and the team was very punctual. The team walked me through each step of the consultation, educated me about the system and explained the timeline of the treatment plan. I felt reassured by how thorough the orthodontist was.I got my first four trays after 4 weeks and before week 5, I went in for a follow-up visit to check my progress and to have attachments added. The second visit was just as positive as the first. What matters most to me is that the team makes me feel like my smile is in the best hands.I like that the app reminds me when to change my trays and that a team member follows up quickly after I submit my photo check-in or ask questions.I'll follow up once my treatment is complete, but I'm excited to already see results. One of my girlfriends told me that she can already notice a change in my smile!!!

Just started my treatment but so far very happy. Team was very comprehensive and professional at my initial appointment. First set of aligners arrived faster than expected. Team has been very responsive to my messages as I start my treatment. And the price for the treatment is very good value. I will share my thoughts on the results of the treatment but so far extremely happy.
