William R. Campbell's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Campbell refused an MRI of the cervical spine on a young man who is my patient after he injured himself while working lifting a restaurant table overhead. I ordered the MRI scan myself and the report shows he has three herniated discs compressing his spinal cord! Dr. Campbell had a private investigator conduct surveillance on my patient in an effort to harass him.

This guy is a back stabber he tells you one thing then tells your job and insurance another. DON'T GO TO HIM

I had a appointment with Dr. William R. Campbell, My appointment was at 9:15am, at Concentra Richmond, while waiting, I noticed him enter the waiting room on (2) occasions, where I witness a nasty attitude towards the receptionist, I was not seen until 10:20, First of all he didn't wash his hands, I mentioned the wait was a bit long, right away he demonstrated a cocky attitude, stating , I hope this is a productive visit, he wanted to know what injury I had, I replied it is all listed in my chart, he stated no, you tell me, this Dr. was so unprofessional and rude.I couldn't believe his attitude, I had appointment with him prior to this visit, he was short with me, but I made it through the visit, sometimes we have bad days, but in this field of work, he should be able to be kind, humble and make patients feel comfortable, and safe. I have been placed with another surgeon, I do not wish to recommend another person, with this man.

This guy is horrible! I went in wish a page of stuff wrong with my shoulder from the MRI doctor. I have a fraying/tear in my labrum. After waiting 2 hours to see him for 2 minutes he told me that you can’t believe what the MRI doctor say on their reports. They just write down everything. I can’t even lift my left arm because of the pain.This guy is a quack! Why do people get MRI if doctors don’t believe them?I will be getting a second opinion and never see this crazy again.

I can honestly say he has made a huge change in my life. When I came to him I was living on my couch. Now I walk my dogs and live a productive life. His staff is so much better now and I honestly don’t think it had anything to do with him but the company itself needed a reboot. I get pretty quick responses now and he’s very attentive when I’m there. He apologizes if I have to wait but I know it’s for a good reason. To help someone else.

Messed me up bad!!

I seen him at us healthworks in Oakland. My mri results show a degenerative fraying/tear involving the biceps labral anchor and superior posterior labrum. Long head biceps tendon tendinitis with mild tenosynovitis. Dr. cambell said, radiologist just write everything down, but it’s not true. I’m in pain and can lift my arm. He wants to give me a cortisone shot and that should be the fix. I asked, about my tear and he said I don’t have one. I have bone spurs.

I had to go to VA today, after going to ER 2 nights ago. Dr. Campbell did my shoulder surgery last year, and now as a result, my shoulder is a lot worse. I may be facing shoulder replacement as a result. He messed me up bad. I will retain an attorney and there will be a lawsuit filed. Stay away from this ya-hoo. This guy is no good. He should not be licensed to practice. I will keep complaining til he loses his license to practice. He has no right to mess me up like he did. He is a terrible so called surgeon.

Dr Campbell is the best surgeon. He is very knowledgeable at what he does. He has great bedside manners and follow up visits. If you need a surgeon Dr Campbell is the one for you. His staff is also very friendly. Thanks Dr Campbell!!

Operator on the phone is really, slow, rude and inefficient. The level of incompetence in this office is STAGGERING.
