One Medical has been a major waste of time for me. The problem is, during my search for a primary it seems a lot of doctors in the area sign up for this exclusive service that excels at subterfuge. Trying to nail down a legitimate appointment with an actual doctor with OMG is a constant moving target. Either that or it is not meant for primary care. From what I can tell, the fee that you pay goes towards paying for a layer of employees whose sole purpose is to wall off the doctor, not help the patients. For instance, I paid a membership fee in order to ostensibly get a higher level of service, yet I have yet to even get the same level of service that ZocDoc provides me for free. Comparing the two, from OMG I have not even gotten one single thing out of it at all except for a series of fake outs. ZocDoc has its problems, but at least *some* of the appointments work out. It really should be the doctors who pay for this OMG service, since its obviously meant to help them more than us. However in my opinion it is not a service that needs to exist at all in its current incarnation. Its just in the way.I kept thinking that maybe each doctors office would be different, but all the OMG offices did the same thing, which was contact me right before they appointment to adjust my expectations downward. Which is what happened today.The doctor was happy to see me, but unfortunately...yada, yada yada.The short story is they wanted me to come and take my copay in so they could recommend I go to a different doctor. Not the first time One Medical has done that. Feel like an idiot that I even bothered to give them another shot.

Thank you Dr. Milovanovic for making feel better when I thought I had a fish bone stuck in my throat! Dr. knew what he needed to do to check my condition as soon as I stepped into his office. During the check up, he made me feel calmer (since I was panicking from having a bone stuck in my throat the whole day) and he made me feel like he truly cared about my condition. He was thorough and professional.He wasnt able to find anything through his check up so he suggested I give it a few days in case it is a scratch (from the bone being stuck) which is healing. He also referred me to an ENT specialist, just in case.Being a person who worries a lot, I ended up at the ENT the following day. The ENT he referred me to was also an incredible doctor. There was no bone found through a camera exam.Its been ~4 days since I saw the Dr. and I can happily announce that the fish bone sensation is gone. I truly appreciate all the support he gave me.

I went in through oneMedical with 2 problems:  was sick (had a cough and sore throat, likely was common flu) and was having shoulder pain. The first thing he said to me was: Only have time for 1, pick one So i picked being sick, he looked at me. Didnt run any tests, said you probably just have a cough sent me a prewritten email of ways to help with a common flu. In and out in maybe 8 minutes max. This would have been one thing, as i really wasnt deathly sick or anything, my girlfriend pressured me into going just to be safe. What really got me was when the bill came through. $312.40 ! Lets be generous and say I was there for 15 minutes. Dr. Milovanovics time is not worth $1,250 an hour. For that price, I would expect him to be curing cancer. Thats an annual salary for a 40 hour working week of $2.6 Million/year. Maybe he is the one buying all the mansions in pacheights. I am a fan of OneMedical in general, but this was a poor experience.

Dr. Milovanoic is just AMAZING. I have been to his office a few times over the course of 2015 for big and small health issues. He has a holistic approach to medicine and is definitely not the pill prescribing doctor. His diagnosis is spot on and he was the only doctor to figure what could be the plausible cause for over year long immunity issues I was having and he was absolutely right (I had been to a lot of specialist before with no avail). He doesnt prescribe unnecessary meds and always tries to take the natural approach first. He is very knowledgeable and approachable and compassionate. Im glad after years of search for a good primary care physician, I finally found one!!

I am a fan of One Medical, but I got an appointment with Dr Milo for a bad sore throat like Ive never experienced and i was disappointed in walking away with a recommendation to gargle saltwater and buy throat drops... he didnt take any tests to see if it was strep and did not have any meds to prescribe. Needless to say, it got much worse over the next few days and I just went straight to a specialist. Not impressed.

Visit was a bit rushed and he seemed annoyed with my questions. Probably wont see him again.
