A very worthy highly professional physician. Solved my gastric problems in a couple of office visits and one hospital same-day procedure. Thanks he's a life saver!

Doctor and staff are unfriendly. Doctor always seems careless of his patients. Cash and check only. No credit card payment. If you have other choices you don't have to go with him.

Terrible practice so don't waste your time trying to get an appointment. Called his office in mid-Nov. '21 and they asked that I called back after their lunch break which I did. I asked for an earliest appointment for my 93 year mother. They gave me Jan. 4, '22 which I took since with holidays and Covid issues, I figured that many routine procedures are pushed back now days. Subsequently, I called 4 times in December to confirm the appointment, and to ask for any instructions, if any, prior to seeing the doctor. I called two phone numbers on the Dr. Zahn's business card given to me by my general MD, and left my phone number asking for them to call me back but Zahn's office never called. I also called again to confirm my appointment one day prior to and on the date of the appointment. All I got was standard recorded phone message, and to leave my phone number which I did each time I called. But not once they returned my calls. My mother had to deal with her digestive issues for over a month.By the way, when my general MD assistant called Zahn's office, they picked up the phone, and all I got was recorded answering service message all 6 times.Frustrated so I called my general MD to request for another referral. Fortunately, 2nd Doctor referred booked us right away.Talk about bad patient care!
