My son had fever for a week and I made several phone calls to make appointment with doctor, but the front desk just told me hold on, and then they hanged up my calls. I changed doctors immediately!

My bad experience with them started on the phone. Front line of customer service was someone that doesn't even understand how new patients process works. Asked questions that did not concern her, then decided to transfer me to the person responsible to gather all the information she already asked. So I had to answer it all over again only so this person now tells me she cannot connect to my insurance's portal. Asks me to send an email with ,y insurance information. I sent it to her, after days she never responded so I reached out. She says she still is unable to connect to the portal, then proceeds to misgender based on I don't know what and says that my daughter is not under my insurance. First, how would she know if she still cannot connect to the portal? Second, clearly my daughter was my dependent and as soon I as went to another dentist provider, they resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes and I have my appointment set with this second provider.

Todo estaba bien hasta que tenía una cita por teléfono me llamaron y dijieron que mi doctora estaba ocupada y que iban a llamar de 10:30 a 11:30 y me llaman a las 2 de la tarde cuando la cita era 9:30 mal servicio nunca me llamaron de regreso yo estaba trabajando y no podía estar pedíente todo el día con el teléfono 😡

Racist, liar, and stubborn. He is the definition of an immigrant being racist to another immigrant He is not listening to patient at all. Receptionist girl very rude, also.

Terrible service. Dirty. Does not listen to the patient. Makes jokes that are racist and inappropriate. Doctor didn't check and assumed things were okay when they were told the opposite. Said I had to build a relationship with him before he can really diagnose anything. What does that mean? Pain still here and doctor was no help.

It was introduced by a friend to go here, but their service attitude is very, very, very poor! I went to see it two months ago and they told me that I didn't make an appointment, but the time and address were clearly written on the appointment card. I booked an appointment today at 9:15 in the morning, and it was about 9:30 in the morning. Go ask them before telling you in a hurry, it's your turn! Why should I make an appointment? The purpose of the appointment is to let me go two hours earlier? And they didn't feel sorry. They were terrible.
