I had an appointment this morning (3/20/22) at 9am. Showed up early like they requested me to. At 9:10 the check in nurse called the technician to see where she was. She (Aliya Beigh) was still at home. When she was informed that I was there waiting she just laughed and said she'll be there in an hour. Now if I would have been late or no showed I would have been fined. Aliya Beigh finally showed up around 10:25 ish. Walked in right past me and didn't even apologize. Then I went to tell her I was not happy, Aliya said you don't talk to me in this area only in the lab can I talk to her. I called the supervisor and all she did was say oh well then hung up on me and blocked my number. Then the check in nurse said we can send you to the Bellflower office if you'd like. I said no, I had already missed 1 appointment because of Aliya and I was not going to miss another. Aliya Beigh is the most unprofessional technician I have ever came across. As I was walking out Aliya was telling the check in nurse, oh well on to the next patient and began laughing. I of course lost my cool and told Aliya how unprofessional she was, her response was to call security. All she had to do was walk in and apologize for being late, I understand things happen. Aliya Beigh did the complete opposite.
