List of Hy Ngo's Reviews
I've been coming to this doctor's office for 6 years now and i can tell you that the front desk people whom i believe are all Vietnamese, are not welcoming and they come off as rude. They are not accommodating at all and If you are sick and depressed, they will make it worse for you. I understand they are busy but they should still be respectful to people. I just come here because it is the closest to my house but I don't recommend this place. Being Asian myself really disgust me because of the way they treat the people who are seeking medical help and a peace of mind. You could not even ask a simple question and get a polite answer without sarcasm. You could barely understand them if they answer your question.. If there is a ZERO star, thats what i would give to this place. This is a bad place to commit your regular doctor's visit. Although i know some Vietnamese people who are very friendly, this place is the opposite.
Very friendly and nice people.
bad sevice! they are working as a shop at flea market.
The staffs who work here are disrespectful and rude. They need to change their attitudes to patients, especially the elders. On the otherhand, doctors are nice.
The short receptionist/doctor is so rude. I walk in on a Wednesday evening and immediately without looking at me, she says "we're closed". Outside of the door, it clearly states that they close at 5pm Monday-Friday. I literally went in at 3:30pm. My sister had a poor experience as well so I'm not surprised she treated me like this. Poor management and poor service. Never coming here again. Waste of my time.
Poorly managed, unhelpful staff, weird hours, contradictory information, uncaring doctors, I only come here because they do walk ins.
Dr. Ngo is competent, nice, kind, and attentive. He's our Family Doctor for my mother, mother-in-law, aunts, and relatives. We went to many other Doctors before but non gave us the cares he gives. There is a pharmacy next door, very convenient. We see him then go next door for the medications.
Doctors here are very nice and helpful. The staffs here are super rude especially the two 2 ladies Lan and Le. I thinks they both the owner of that facility then they hired doctors so they can control everything . Doctor gave us oxygenation prescription but Le she said no, she doesn't want to help us get it. I will report to State Board because of that violation
As someone else had stated, the receptionist is rude. From my parent's experience, the back office staff are rude and talk down to them. I am not sure why the doctors and management not do anything about it. If it was not for my parents stubbornness in changing doctors, I would find them a different doctor. Please avoid this doctor's office if you do not want to feel frustrated with no positive results. Everyone deserve better care and service, especially from the receptionist who the patients have to deal with before seeing the doctor.
Dr. Ngo is our Family Doctor. My mother 89 years old and Mother-in-Law 87 years old, and our extended family members are his patients. He is competent, caring, attentive, and is spending as much time as needed for us.We went to many Family Doctors before him, non gave us the attentions we got from him. He connects well with his patients. We are so glad and happy to find him.Thank you so much Dr. Ngo.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
