Ken D. Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

My daughter Charlotte saw Dr Nguyen, and he’s very compassionate and understanding. He listens and doesn’t race in room and race out. He had already reviewed some prior Dr records. He is already doing a full work up before he makes a diagnosis. In 5 minutes he gave a referral for a ailment not related to gastrointestinal. We’ve been telling primary care regarding this and they wouldn’t listen , finally Found a Dr we can trust whose knowledgeable and cares about his individual patients. The office isn’t a long wait but the ladies are very efficient and follow through is quick. I wish my insurance covered him for me

After being seen by numerous doctors who couldn’t give me a straight forward diagnosis of my condition I was lucky enough to be recommended to Dr Ken Nguyen. Dr Nguyen’s vast knowledge of gut health eased my worries. My procedure was painless and fast. I am now feeling 100% better and I can now finally eat solid foods. I would recommend Dr Nguyen to anyone have gut problems. Trusting Dr Nguyen was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.

Excellent Doctor, with a very good office staff. I became ill with Eosinophilic Esophagus and was hospitalized. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in diagnosing and providing treatment for this somewhat unusual condition. He is very pleasant and easy going gentlemen and I so appreciate the manner in which he help me.

I went to inSite Digestive for preventative testing and saw Dr. Ken Nguyen.  From beginning to end, i.e. from scheduling the appointment, receiving instructions, completing paperwork and all the way through to my procedure with Dr. Nguyen, the entire experience was very organized and professional.  The office staff is competent and efficient as well.  For a repeat test, I really would not want to go anywhere else!

Unfortunately, the review is reflective of the office staff who failed to submit an authorization on time.First visit with Dr. Nguyen, went well for first time office visit.

I was very pleased to be in Dr. Ken Nguyen’s office, the staff is very attentive and helpful and although this was my first visit and appointment with Dr Nguyen he was very considerate and gave me an excelente attention and was very understanding regarding my condition and suggested inmediately the correct and most appropriate way to proceed with an Endoscopy procedure.
