This doctor office very sucks ! And new front desk lady so dumb ! We have 4kids see doctor .all move ! The worst clinic !

The nurses at the counter are very bad and unprofessional. They will deliberately make things difficult for people. If you invite such employees, they are just helping the doctor drive away the guests.

她任何责任都不想承担，隔壁验血的地方也是私人的，设备陈旧，每次预约好都还要再等一小时，最离谱的是说小孩视力有问题推荐的另一家私人医生居然不能看小孩的眼睛，真是把患者当生意

Really a very great doctor！

It taking too long to wait to see doctor. 1 hour or more to wait. They need to do better job. Time is money for all working parent.

I took both my babies to visit the doctor in order for them to complete and sign a physician letter for school. Prior to them signing the document, they insisted that my babies had to do a blood test (which is not at all a requirement to attend school). My husband and I were upset with the fact that they were insisting on this. We felt very skeptical of their approach in providing care for our child and would not be taking our child there. The main reason I am writing this review is because we found another pediatrician who did a through physical check up and completed the physician letter with no other unnecessary requirements.

do not come here if you want to wait over 2 + hours to be seen by kong. just do your baby and yourself a favor and just find another pediatrician. i beg you not to come!! they will lie to you over the phone to get you to come in but if you enjoy waiting, be my guest. theres a reason all these reviews mention the same thing.

I wish Yelp would have a zero star option. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU! SERIOUSLY, THE WORST DR APPOINTMENT I'VE EVER HAD.The suite is so small to begin with where you can't even do social distancing while the Covid-19 pandemic is going on. They would say on the phone that you can see a Dr. right on time, but again don't even think about seeing a Dr. on time. I waited for an hour to go into this room without getting informed when we'll see the Dr. and waited another 1.5 hrs in the room to actually see the Dr.Nothing is organized. I won't complain this much if it was my Dr. appt, but when your baby has a set schedule and you're not getting informed by Dr. office about any updates/delays, your baby goes crazy when their schedule gets messed up.Plus, Dr.'s nails were ridiculously long loll Whoa. When you take care of babies, that's a first thing to take care of not to harm babies. And you're dealing with babies who are not your own! I was surprised she didn't even care about that lol Don't come to this office lol Again, it's not worth it!

I really like Dr. Kong she works well and answers all questions I have in regards to my children. I have been coming to Dr. Kong for many many years now and I have no regrets. I totally recommend her. The waiting time is usually long because she is such a great doctor and tries to accommodate as many patients as possible because she does not accept walk ins. However, she is great at calling me if I leave a msg for her. Thank you Dr. Kong
