I've been receiving O.M.T for a whiplash that I got as a result of a accident about a year ago. I began my therapy with a pain level of a 8 - 9 and now it's decreased to about 3. The interns that dr. Sucgang utilizes in his practice all ALL impressively trained in Osteo manipulation therapy.

It’s California, so expect people at times that don’t know how to behave them selves in the wait room. It’s like a show every time and the staff is incredibly patient with its clients. It just truly amazes me that In 2018 we have such a wide spectrum of people, when we all know better. Dr. Sucgang is great and very knowledgeable on my back and nerve pain. He and the staff work very good with keck USC, to coordinate operations and follow ups. A special thanks to the young lady that works the front desk. She is a one woman show, with back up but ...she just runs it!

The worst customer service I had to call to follow up with my results, Dr use Skype to talk to his patients. Thanks God I found a much better place.

Doctors saugang was a very good doctor but if not for the office manager and all the problems we had with her we certainly would never go to the Pomona office again .As for the receptionist and his nurse assistant they were very kind and considerate. I highly recommend dr. Saugang but not his Pomona office.

Great Doc, But his staff does not take the time to give you an accurate answer. They take forever to process your referrals. I waited over four months and never did get them processed. I switched Doc's and got them approved the next day. I would never go back untill his staff is either replaced or they actually do what they are supposed to.

Dr Sucgang needs to get rid of those 2 fat women one has a husband going in office bring food to office make me wonder if Dr Sucgang has something going on with them he will never tell them anything cause staff comes first not patients I think its time to report this staff to medical board
