Horrible customer service,its beyond me how a medical facility can be so poorly managed,if its by phone or in person the staff almost always seems annoyed by our questions.Specifically have had the misfortune to have dealt with a woman at the front desk named Vanessa,she is always moody and upset at having to do any work or have any interaction with patients,she acts as if she was working for free,I have started to believe that maybe they were short staffed and the owners/managers had to settle for the bottom of the barrel staff.Am extremely dissatisfied with this facility methods of operation and uncaring attitude for cancer patients.
