I was desperate to find an GI and based on the reviews I decided to try Dr Chen. The front desk girls are efficient and nice (the stars are for them) another positive is that you don't have to wait that long. My complaint is directly to Doctor Chen he was not very professional. He asked me some questions I told him about my problem. He didn't even bother in asking me to lay down to see where my stomach pain was! He just told me that I might have an infection but didn't bother in do any test!! He just told me that I need to schedule a colonoscopy and gave me a prescription for gas-x and miralax, I got them but didn't help with my problem..so i decided to call my primary doctor he gave me and appointment for test of bacteria in my stomach. The results was that I had a bacteria. But Doctor Tim Chen didn't bother to do any test!! I canceled all future appointments with him.

Dr. Chen was very friendly and thorough. He listened patiently to my concerns and checked everything out. The facility is very well run and efficient as well. They really try to get you in at your appointed time. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Chen and Insite San Gabriel to anyone who needs his services.

Visit to Dr. Chen's office was very pleasant. The staff was kind and Dr. Chen gave me a very caring attention. I will recommend my wife to visit him also. Reluctant to post this review to keep his office becoming too congested but he deserves a recognition.
